Not sure if it’s every Pilot or just this warehouse- but the beans and roast to choose from were definitely more than I’ve seen at 90% of other cafes. Great selection, fantastic espresso pull.
Pretty neat spot. Their distribution warehouse is a happening spot with a lot of busy bodies in the back. Cool vibe to see everyone doing their thing regarding packaging and moving of beans.

One of my favorite coffee spots in town, where I’ve been coming for years. Perfectly made coffee every time, scientific approach to the process, legit experience for true coffee lovers.

Most of them will throw out a bad pull shot. It's only the newer or yonger ones that don't know that they pulled a bad shot for you.
Coffee is good would definitely recommend to try the various coffees they offer.
