Been to pilot a few times because it is in the path. I always used to come for the pear cider and I am really sad that that is gone, I wish some of their staples stayed on the menu. If I were rating based on coffee alone, it’d be a 3 out of 5 for me. If I include the quiet space and relaxed vibe, maybe a 4. Overall, a decent spot if you want somewhere low-key, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way for.
This morning on my way to the office, I had my heart set on grabbing a muffin from Pilot for breakfast.
I could’ve sworn the old recipe had carrot, oats, and pumpkin in it—so when I didn’t see any pumpkin today, I froze for a second. Ended up switching things up and getting a scone instead, since it’s been a while.
