I paid around CAN$8 for a thin, watery, and frankly unimpressive iced caffe latte. Limited hours--opens late, closes early. No cash accepted (I am speaking of Canadian currency here!). An extra star provided for having a big clean washroom. As a visitor to Toronto, I'm puzzled why this company has a good reputation. Based on my experience, I would not return.

Went in to pick up a few coffees. The shop was clean and inviting and the server was very polite as well. They had a small selection of pastries and coffee and teas. The drinks tasted delicious and could be hot or cold.

I was very excited to try Pilot Coffee as I’ve heard a lot of great things about it. This location is small but with clean and simple decor. The brew of the day was Las Palmas so I was happy to try it because I knew it was a great bean, medium roast with a sweeter and creamier taste profile. Well, it did not taste as expected. It tasted acidic, bitter and diluted.. I couldn’t finish it, I am sorry as much as I would have loved to love it but just couldn’t. Staff was nice and friendly.
Me and my partner stopped by at the Pilot on Richmond and really enjoyed our interaction with Rafael. Sometimes it’s nice to meet people who love what they are doing. His knowledge about coffee, detailed description of the different kinds of coffee beans paired up with his passion are superb! Will definitely come back to get more coffee!

My daily coffee spot. I start my day here most days. Juan and Raphael are both great hosts, incredibly helpful, and very personable.
The coffee is fantastic and you can never go wrong with either an oatmeal scone or a slice of chocolate chip banana bread.
