Went in to pick up a few coffees. The shop was clean and inviting and the server was very polite as well. They had a small selection of pastries and coffee and teas. The drinks tasted delicious and could be hot or cold.
I was very excited to try Pilot Coffee as I’ve heard a lot of great things about it. This location is small but with clean and simple decor. The brew of the day was Las Palmas so I was happy to try it because I knew it was a great bean, medium roast with a sweeter and creamier taste profile. Well, it did not taste as expected.
