I was very excited to try Pilot Coffee as I’ve heard a lot of great things about it. This location is small but with clean and simple decor. The brew of the day was Las Palmas so I was happy to try it because I knew it was a great bean, medium roast with a sweeter and creamier taste profile. Well, it did not taste as expected. Me and my partner stopped by at the Pilot on Richmond and really enjoyed our interaction with Rafael. Sometimes it’s nice to meet people who love what they are doing. His knowledge about coffee, detailed description of the different kinds of coffee beans paired up with his passion are superb! Will definitely come back to get more coffee!
