Was a former employee at this location, and honestly everything at this establishment is fantastic, and maintend well, there's even chefs, and a sushi chef here. Foods is made fresh daily from Monday to Saturday, and the only reason why I was only able to give 4 stars is because I wish I could or had more time to work here with fantastic co workers, great managers, and customers. Will defeintly miss coming in, and out of this location! I'm only hoping the best for this...
Used to love going to this place but the quality has sadly gone down. I purchased a pound of organic salmon over the weekend and was shocked when my piece still had several bones in it. The quality of the fish (while still good) also seemed lower than in the past. Going to just assume I went on an off day.

Every time I get fish here, everyone who eats my cooking gets their socks blown off. Their steelhead trout became my favorite fish ever. And they offer you a free lemon every time, which is a lifesaver because of how often I forget to grab one from a grocery store.
