They don’t know their own hours. Take the franchisee license away
Dundas East and mutual location is so unsanitary! Just like the other reviews the Indian woman who made my fish and chips tonight was so gross!! She was going back and forth doing other things while grabbing the fried fish with her bare hands and chopping it..no gloves!!! i just threw my food away… she has to undergo training again. Also made incorrect orders with other customers and people were frustrated. Not gonna go back at this location dundas east and mutual!

I rate the student special 10/10. It’s my go to meal here. Affordable, tasty, and close to campus too.

I just wanted to share a really frustrating experience I had at your location on June 29 around 4:15 PM. The lady who was working at the counter (an Indian woman) didn’t seem to know how to take our order properly. We asked for a combo, but she refused to take the order as we asked. When we brought it up, she straight up lied and said we never ordered it — which we definitely did.
On top of that, her attitude and customer service were terrible. It honestly felt like she shouldn’t be working with customers.
Poutine comes with a small sprinkle of cheese, any more and they charge extra. Just call it fries with gravy if you’re not willing to commit to the poutine

I was in Pita Land for the first time and had a great experience! I ordered the chicken with fries, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The highlight of my visit was the service of Manjindar, was incredibly polite and attentive, making the experience even better. Definitely a place I’d recommend and revisit
