The first time was not the greatest experience. This time wasn't that great either. This time I bought a Tabuleh salad. They should really rinse the salad. It was very gritty. Also the lentil soup was advertised as $3.95, but they charged me $5.50 and was only half full. I was hoping for better but wasn't. This place really has so much potential.

Food was goor although the portion sizes could have been a bit more generous for the prices being charged. I had the option to add on a little more (for a fee of course). Service and general experience were good.

I recently ate here 3 times and each time I enjoyed the delicious food, the generous portions, the cleanliness and the fast and kind service. Highly recommended!!

Service has lots of room for improvement
One of the worst shawarma joints I have tried. I got a large beef shawarma plate and the portion size was extremely small, they just fill it up with vegetables and only a little meat. I got extra meat for $5 but still felt little compared to Osmows.
Beef was not appetizing and small size
Lettuce was old and tasted like plastic
Total $44. Why pay this much when you get Osmows for less with a much tastier, bigger, larger portion of meat, and its all cheaper.

My partner works right up the street and loved this place. Except the last few times he’s gone in the price has changed at the register. Something that is listed as $12 is now $17 at the cash. If you want to raise your prices, great but be transparent about it. Don’t be a shady business and do that to customers. He paid but felt tricked for $17 he could get a proper meal not some rice and reheated meat. He took it back and got his money back, as he should. If your signage is incorrect or not up to date, that’s on you. He probably won’t be back and he’s a pretty regular customer, like three times a week.
