Pita Pit is always such a vibe, and one of my favorite places to grab something quick, fresh, and satisfying. What I love most about them is how customizable everything is – you can literally build your wrap exactly the way you like it. With so many topping choices and sauces to pick from, it’s super easy to create the perfect combination that feels personal to you. It honestly makes the experience fun, because no two wraps ever have to be the same.

This time, I went with the falafel, and it did not disappoint. The falafel itself was warm, flavorful, and had that perfect balance of a crispy outside with a soft inside. What stood out to me, though, was how fresh all the toppings were. The veggies were crisp, vibrant, and tasted like they had just been cut – which makes such a big difference compared to other fast-food spots.

I also have to give a shoutout to the staff. When I asked for extra sauce, they didn’t hold back at all, which I really appreciated. Every bite was saucy, flavorful, and exactly how I like it. Pita Pit never fails to hit the spot, and it’s definitely my go-to when I want something filling, fresh, and full of flavor.

Good staff. Good food. As per most sandwich places you have to ask for a topping 2-3 times if you like a lot of it, which can get annoying.

Overall, everytime we go staff are kind and attentive. The store is always clean, and thw food is always fresh and good. Avocado can be brown and disappointing, but most items are delicious.

We go here about once every month or two

We had a fantastic experience today thanks to the excellent service from the young man and girl working. They were friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome.

Our pitas were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and packed with just the right amount of meat and fresh veggies. We’ll definitely be coming back! 😌

Ordered a buffalo chicken rice bowl from here. Easily the worst rice bowl I ever had. There was hardly any rice and food was cold including the chicken which they showed to warm right in front of me.

I wanted to let the owner know that I appreciate the staff. They are very nice and do a fine job. I’ve been going there regularly now for a few months and appreciate the great service and the tasty pitas.

Stingy owner or management, watches over his workers shoulders, I received very little protein compared to what is typical of places like this. But food was bland and unappetizing anyways

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Pita Pit location on 3560 Lake Shore Blvd W. I ordered a falafel wrap and a veggie falafel bowl, and both were completely ruined. The main issue was the excessive amount of jalapeños — it felt like they dumped an entire jar into both meals. The heat was so overpowering that it made the food nearly inedible.

On top of that, the preparation was sloppy and inconsistent. Some bites were overwhelmingly spicy, while others were bland and lacking flavor. There was no balance in the ingredients, which completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable meal.

This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. For the price, I expected a well-made, flavorful meal, but this location completely missed the mark. I won’t be returning to this Pita Pit and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality food

Service was nice but I found a white strand of either hair or plastic in my food the lady offered to make me a new one free of charge.

The only halal option in a pita place was chicken ?

If I could give this rating 0 stars I would! It’s unbelievable the portion sizes they give you. Very cheap! literally had to ask for more LETTUCE. You can see in the picture the amount of chicken they gave… for $20?!!!! Never again!
