Probably the worst case of false advertising I’ve ever seen. Order of 5 buffalo bites, which look amazing, is what is advertised. Only 3 dried out pucks arrive in my order. Awful

I order here occasionally as well do Uber Eats delivery. The girl who is usually there early afternoons on weekdays does such a great job. She works hard always and is ready or near ready with orders I pick up for 2+ years now. She also has a smiley face and brings good attitude so I always leave feeling good and smiley myself. Great staff who treat me right. Cheers Pita Pit. 👍
Totally disappointed with my experience at Pita Pit. I had completed an online order, fully completed and picked a time to pick it up. I arrive at the restaurant to have the doors locked and the lady not wanting to come talk to me at the door. She finally came to the door saying she never received my order and they were closing a half hour early today. Now I am stuck trying to contact Pita Pit for my money back. Absolutely disgusted with the attitude I received from the employee, when trying to explain my situation. I do not recommend this facility and again and disappointed with the service provided.

I order a rice bowl today and paid almost $23 for NOTHING. What kinda service is this? $20 should be more full like this is ridiculous. I used to love going here but now the service ia down. The people are rude and disrespectful. I wont come back ever again

We are regulars at Pita Pit. Probably since the store was open at the Stockyards. However I had a bad experience twice in the store with the personnel. Very rude and not acceptable, after they made a mistake in the order the response was ridiculous and silly. My daughter’s friend order a chicken bacon wrap and they only put bacon, we ask them to correct it and they were so disrespectful and rude. It was appalling. I know it is difficult to keep personnel and the training rotation is hard. But they should have a clear procedure and behaviour code. Very bad?

Every single time I order from them on UberEats there is a problem. Wrong ingredients, toasted when I asked for not toasted...and tonight, I ordered at 6pm.... couldn't figure out why 5 DRIVERS kept cancelling the pickup until Uber informed me the restaurant is closed and just didn't bother to fulfil my order.
Edit to response: the restaurant took my order on the app and charged me while it said "preparing your order" for 2 hours. If restaurant was closed since noon should have shut down orders on Uber.

Sometimes I wonder, where establishments like your own went wrong. Sometimes, I sit alone in my room, and think to myself, how in an economy like ours, you guys are still able to stay afloat, when your service, cleanliness, and accessibility are all bottom of the barrel. I was desperate for a lunch, and you guys were my last resort, but I should've just fasted for the rest of the day instead. To my shocking discovery, your line chefs were cross contaminating your halal meat products with the pork products, pretty much eliminating the need to even have a halal option to begin with. Are you really trying to send me to jahannum? I pray to allah nobody falls victim to your guys' lack of customer dietary restrictions and accessibility. Dear management, please do not take my concern through this review lightly, this is a serious health and safety hazard, also violating your halal permits on site. Do better.
