I order a rice bowl today and paid almost $23 for NOTHING. What kinda service is this? $20 should be more full like this is ridiculous. I used to love going here but now the service ia down. The people are rude and disrespectful. I wont come back ever again

We are regulars at Pita Pit. Probably since the store was open at the Stockyards. However I had a bad experience twice in the store with the personnel. Very rude and not acceptable, after they made a mistake in the order the response was ridiculous and silly. My daughter’s friend order a chicken bacon wrap and they only put bacon, we ask them to correct it and they were so disrespectful and rude. It was appalling. I know it is difficult to keep personnel and the training rotation is hard. But they should have a clear procedure and behaviour code. Very bad?

Every single time I order from them on UberEats there is a problem. Wrong ingredients, toasted when I asked for not toasted...and tonight, I ordered at 6pm.... couldn't figure out why 5 DRIVERS kept cancelling the pickup until Uber informed me the restaurant is closed and just didn't bother to fulfil my order.
Edit to response: the restaurant took my order on the app and charged me while it said "preparing your order" for 2 hours. If restaurant was closed since noon should have shut down orders on Uber.

Sometimes I wonder, where establishments like your own went wrong. Sometimes, I sit alone in my room, and think to myself, how in an economy like ours, you guys are still able to stay afloat, when your service, cleanliness, and accessibility are all bottom of the barrel. I was desperate for a lunch, and you guys were my last resort, but I should've just fasted for the rest of the day instead. To my shocking discovery, your line chefs were cross contaminating your halal meat products with the pork products, pretty much eliminating the need to even have a halal option to begin with. Are you really trying to send me to jahannum? I pray to allah nobody falls victim to your guys' lack of customer dietary restrictions and accessibility. Dear management, please do not take my concern through this review lightly, this is a serious health and safety hazard, also violating your halal permits on site. Do better.

Solid food, but keep an eye out for vegetables which aren't fresh. One of the vegetable containers looked very not fresh -- when we asked if they had more available, we were told it would be the same quality.Also, for the love of Christ, unlock both of your double doors.

They dont have rice. Even the Pitapit rewards card was not working. Place was smelling like burnt meat.

Edit: I gave this place a try again 10 months later. They got the toppings correct, but there isn’t a lot of veggies inside, even though I asked for extra of some and got no cheese or sauce, hence the 4 stars. With more veggies this would bring us to 5 stars.

Hey Pita pit !?First off would like to say is this your way of cost cutting ?? I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap about 15 mins ago and got about 2 or 3 dime size pcs of chicken. And the rest of the wrap veggies…. And then to see that others have posted about you being stingy on the protine ? would love to be a customer in the future and love wraps but not while whoever owns this place keeps up the food like that. I’m super glad their was other food places near by to get a meal that would hit the spot. Anyone who reads this and is in denial go there and try it yourself. You’ll be wasting your money tho …
