I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Pita Pit. I ordered a shawarma to go and, while eating, I found a piece of tape inside the wrap. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food handling and quality control. I expect better attention to hygiene and preparation standards from any restaurant. I hope management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Oh my god, i haven’t been to their branch once i wanted to purchase a falafel salad bowl. Being a vegetarian i need to make sure my protein intake is adequate. So I called them confirming the amount of protein in a falafel, first of all the woman who picked up the call had no clue what I was talking about. Being am employee of food industry, working in such a nice franchise she had no clue what is nutrient information of their items. So she put me on hold and called her manager. To quote her manager said “ since falafel is vegetarian there is no protein in it and I should check the internet for the rest information “. After letting me know this, the woman showing utmost rudeness disconnected the call, whereas i asked her that falafels are madeup of chickpea and chickpeas and protein so how is it practically possible for your falafels to not have protein. Like what are you guys serving then? Their 2021 nutritional information showed two different values of protein for two different falafels. I wanted to confirm that but i got something else in return. Please know about a franchise before managing it. This is for the manager and the woman who answered my call.

This is what I find wrong with these wraps. They don't put enough meat inside them. Those multi veggies than meat. Taste wise. There's not enough taste within the meat. The service was great. She helped me enough to make me decide what I want. I'd open the service for everything if I blame the quality of food and how much you put into your wraps food industry works on the two Q that means quality and quantity. There's no quantity and a little bit of quality in your food or when I come back I wouldn't put it on my top of my list close to the middle to the bottom. I live I buy York university came that distance to try you guys out

No value for money here. XL chicken Caesar and coke cost $27. Flabby chewy bacon. Flavorless chicken. For this price point I expect a much better quality. Veggies were fine. Skimpy on the lettuce, and no croutons?

Probably the worst case of false advertising I’ve ever seen. Order of 5 buffalo bites, which look amazing, is what is advertised. Only 3 dried out pucks arrive in my order. Awful

I order here occasionally as well do Uber Eats delivery. The girl who is usually there early afternoons on weekdays does such a great job. She works hard always and is ready or near ready with orders I pick up for 2+ years now. She also has a smiley face and brings good attitude so I always leave feeling good and smiley myself. Great staff who treat me right. Cheers Pita Pit. 👍
Totally disappointed with my experience at Pita Pit. I had completed an online order, fully completed and picked a time to pick it up. I arrive at the restaurant to have the doors locked and the lady not wanting to come talk to me at the door. She finally came to the door saying she never received my order and they were closing a half hour early today. Now I am stuck trying to contact Pita Pit for my money back. Absolutely disgusted with the attitude I received from the employee, when trying to explain my situation. I do not recommend this facility and again and disappointed with the service provided.

I order a rice bowl today and paid almost $23 for NOTHING. What kinda service is this? $20 should be more full like this is ridiculous. I used to love going here but now the service ia down. The people are rude and disrespectful. I wont come back ever again

We are regulars at Pita Pit. Probably since the store was open at the Stockyards. However I had a bad experience twice in the store with the personnel. Very rude and not acceptable, after they made a mistake in the order the response was ridiculous and silly. My daughter’s friend order a chicken bacon wrap and they only put bacon, we ask them to correct it and they were so disrespectful and rude. It was appalling. I know it is difficult to keep personnel and the training rotation is hard. But they should have a clear procedure and behaviour code. Very bad?
