Abysmal customer service. We had sent in an order for a hefty combo costing about $70 in order to enjoy a fun night with family. In the good mood and as one would expect, we left a 15% tip. Now the problem started with the fact that we had received no contact on the order arriving at our home. The combo in its entirety was left outside in the cold for over 10 minutes. The unbelievable part is that we live in a townhouse with a publicly accessible indoor space where they could have left the order, so not only did we not receive any notification of its arrival, but it was left outside for no reason. But the outburst is beyond this. When we called in to file a complaint on what occurred, we were presented with a rude woman claiming to be the manager of the Bayview location, who heard our situation and PROCEEDED TO HANG UP??? When we tried again to make contact, she instantly hung up again. We are absolutely outraged and demand to hear back. If not to drag her out of her position to make everyone’s experience better (because I know for a fact that she doesn’t deserve to have it), at least give us back the tip we spent on the terrible delivery service. We ordered pizza online through their website for delivery to our building. We clearly indicated Apartment #1.
Not only did the driver NOT knock on our door, he did NOT call to say he arrived – he simply left the pizza outside the MAIN ENTRANCE of the building, on the snow.
Yes. On the snow.
If we hadn’t checked the estimated delivery time ourselves, we would have had no idea the order was even dropped off. Our food was left outside in freezing weather with zero communication.
When we called the store, the woman who answered refused to give her name and claimed she was the manager. She was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, she hung up on us.
This is beyond poor customer service – it’s careless and disrespectful.
We demand a refund of the 15% tip that was charged to our card. The driver absolutely did NOT earn that tip.
This is by far the worst customer service experience we have ever had.

Had a pleasent experience on new years. Got a great deal and a couple freebies. The ladies who work their are very good at their jobs, and obviously take pride in what they do. To bad its a chain and not an independent shop, im sure they would give even better specials than the chain does. Anyways good place to try.

Supposed to order online with one medium pizza and redeem pts of a pasta, by mistake the online order showed 2 pastas. Called the store, she said she canceled and replaced for me. Thought everything was settled by store but at the end double charged on credit card and refuse to refund. She said because I got a free pasts but the fact is my pasta was redeemed my own points. Called few times but no settlement. Very bad customer service. We used to order frequently and too bad - not any more.
