Wow. Tonight I had, hands down, the absolute worst experience at a Pizza Hut I have ever had. The service at this location is frankly deplorable. Order number 233 on December 12 2024. Approximately 7pm. Walk in takeout order. Approximately $30. I'm moving in a couple days, and needed something fast and filling that I didn't need to cook myself because my entire apartment is in boxes.
I asked for a large stuffed crust with mushrooms, red onion and green peppers. The woman taking my order repeated my request but included pepperoni. I corrected her, no pepperoni. I've been vegetarian for almost 20 years now, if I eat meat accidentally, I get pretty sick. Nausea, sore stomach, the works. I also ordered 2 garlic dipping sauces.
I sat and waited for my pizza. Upon receiving it, I checked with the guy that handed it over, explicitly asking: "large vegetarian stuffed crust? Mushrooms, onion, green pepper?" and he confirmed. I asked about the dipping sauces. He sort of shrugged and said they are inside the box, which had already been sealed with the sticker.
After walking 20 minutes home, I opened the box. The dipping sauces were not included like I was told (pretty flippantly I might add). I dug into a slice anyways and realized after I had pretty much finished it that I was chewing on pepperoni. It was all over the entire pizza under the cheese and I hadn't seen it. I checked the receipt, and sure enough they even charged me for it. I called right away, and was pretty upset. The guy I spoke with said they'd remake the pizza, and I can come and pick it up. I explained everything again, and asked that something please be done for me here to accommodate for these multiple mistakes. No offer to deliver the pizza or anything, just come pick it up, sorry about that, we'll do what we can. I told him I'd be there within 45 minutes or so. I assumed they would remake it when I got there.
I sat down for half an hour to warm up after the walk home and calm down a little. Que the ferocious stomach pain and nausea that happens when I accidentally eat meat. I literally can't digest it after almost two decades of not eating it. I was in pain and felt absolutely terrible at this point. I even called them to explain I'd be a little later and would try to be there sometime after 9pm, and went so far as to apologize for being upset when I initially called, everyone makes mistakes. I just hoped they could do something to rectify this situation. Like I said, I am moving, this was my only real option for dinner after I had bought and paid for it.
I was feeling better by around 9:30, and started the 20 minute walk back to the location. I even brought the receipt and uneaten pizza back with me. When I got there, the guy I had spoken to pulled a new pizza out from under the counter and literally chastised me, saying (I'm not even kidding here): "Why are you so late? We've had this pizza sitting here for ages". I said I'd be happy for them to remake it again since this new one had sat out so long, and that I was sick from eating the pepperoni on the last pizza they gave me. They refused to remake it fresh. I asked what they could do for me in this situation, and explained they had already overcharged me for the pepperoni. I asked that they refund the amount and recharge me for the pizza I wanted, and maybe not charge for the sauces. They refused that as well, saying they can't refund anything and that if I wanted a refund I would have to call head office and get it in 3-5 business days, but that if I want a whole new transaction I'd have to pay for it and wait for the refund.
I was gobsmacked. They offered to make me breadsticks or give me a drink for free. I opted for a drink because I was so furious I had to leave the building before I lost my cool. I've spent 10 years in the hospitality industry, and have never treated a guest in such an atrociou

i ordered the triple treat box and i wasn't happy at all the dessert was spose to be included and they only had one option of dessert as well so they charged me for the dessert i couldn't even skip it i was trying t order it online i used to order this all the time and when i add 2 liter pop was 1.99 this time i clicked on pop and added the 1.99 pop showed 2 litter bottle not can is what i got and also the driver forgot to bring my pop i had to wait another 10 mins for him to bring it now lets talk about the boneless chicken i got the honey barbeque it was so dry not enough Sause again so un happy any ways i rather not order again from pizza hut i had it with these restaurants if the triple treat ox says its included it should be not charge me extra

Greasy but good tasting pizza, lousy customer care. Aside from the delivery fee & tip of course, they require you to meet them in the building's lobby as they won't ride the elevator to your suite. Not helpful at all especially if you're disabled. I'll stick with the competition.
I do deliveries, needed the bandage because of the cut in my finger and they gave it to me . Such a nice staff and team

I visited pizza hut as uber driver and girl over there did not know how to speak and her way of speaking was too rude. i will never visit this restaurant again.
