Ordered a large pepperoni pizza. It was like I ordered a No Name pizza box. No cheese or sauce. I can imagine most will agree when I say keep charging more while cutting back on quality/quantity, you'll lose business real quick. For me, I will not support a company that cheats customers. The cost to make your pizza and what you sell it for is at a high margin, so putting less cheese and sauce will only make you lose customers. Greed never gets anyone anywhere.

Delivery service is terrible. Pizza shows up late and cold.last few times I have ordered.Tonight was the final time not only was the pizza late and cold, when I called for an eta the call was disconnected after several minutes listening to music. CSR was zero help. No more Pizza Nova for this ex customer.

We order a jumbo cheese Pizza and wedges it was cold on friday. Delivery took more than 45 minutes. Please don't ever order from here. Terrible pizza. Wedges was also dry. The Delivery man put the pizza in the car trunk. There are much better pizza places. The delivery driver was very rude. We place this pizza order and wedges on April 05 2024.

This used to be our local pizza joint. I don't know what happened in the last few months but our most recent order was so bad that we're unlikely to order pizza again from them anytime in the near future. Normally the orders would take 20-25 minutes, they'd be hot, fresh and delicious. The last order took over 45 minutes which in itself wasn't terrible but the pizza was not only cold but had clearly been a reheated pizza from some other order. When we complained they issued a new pizza with an urgent note to deliver 30-35 minutes. After another 45+ minutes we got a slightly warmer pizza that was so badly made, it was barely edible. We used to be fans of this place but fortunately there are much better pizza joints in the area.
