They charged wrong price for our pizza & pop (Ginger ale). They said one can of pop is $2.45, but the combo price is $2.25. I got one gourmet pizza which is $5.99 & my friend got one Hawaiian pizza which is $5.50. As you see the picture, the casher charged wrong item & price. However, when I complained about it, she just ignored & didn't admit her mistake at all. Very unprofessional and rude!!!

For me its mainly a take out place, has some tables but its not cute to stay at! Ordered a hawaiian, mozzarella and a canadian pesto, decent taste, mozzarella was the one I liked the most, followed by the pesto and hawaiian at last, they are thin and crispy, price is around $5-6 per slice, and each slice is super big, like you get to cut in two! I couldnt have more than 2 slices!

It’s so wrong to deliver a burnt pizza. It is as though when people order from an app they get food that is unable to sell. My son has autism and is particular about food. Complete waste of money!!!! He did not eat it and I will never order from this restaurant again. Shame on you Pizza Nova
