We came to order a few whole pizzas, after paying the cashier she went to prepare the pizza while she had the same gloves on her, that she just used to cash us, but the most amazing part was that she rinsed her hands with gloves on not even used soap not even changed the gloves and went to the back to the kitchen and started the preparation process ..we didn't know what to say because we didn't want more unexpected things that might come after... Then the actual pizza maker came in the store from outside, he also rinsed his hand with just water but he mades sure he dried them very well, then we wondered maybe they don't have soap but how about the cashier Ms gloves .. what excuse she got for her actions... We wondered on the deliveries order and the one on the show case how were they prepared ... This is a food place were cleanness is a must .. plus it only takes a few seconds to wash your hands properly.. being clean is not only for customer in business like restaurant but also for your own self as worker.. very disappointing ...

Grabbed a slice here on my break. The service was excellent and the store was very clean. Great selection of to go slices. Was tasty, but the mushrooms were a little funky but still edible. But that's me really searching for issues for them to work on. Keep up the great work.

Rude Asian girl w headphones on 24/7. Acts like you are an inconvenience and throws things at you. Like I get work sucks but we all have to do it. I’m sure she can muster up basic respect for humans for a few hours. Anyways, I went in an hour after they opened but still somehow eating cold stale pizza. I would go back (literally across the street) to ask them to heat it up better but I don’t want to get yelled at.

After getting lost and hungry on King Street West (downtown Toronto), the Pizza Nova at King and Strachan appeared like an oasis. The design on the shop window said, "Made with Love" - can't resist that. The restaurant itself was very clean and organized, good seating available. I ordered the Tuscan Pesto Chicken, and the Chicken Alla Bianca - and they did not disappoint. The crust was nicely thin and crispy, the pesto was so good, it was almost as good as how my zia used to make it (but no one could ever make it like my zia in Liguria). Pleasing to the palate - this is my new go-to pizza place. Pizza Nova, I love you.

Got pizza slices and they tasted stale, extremely undercooked and smothered with tomato sauce. We went back to ask for freshly cooked slices or a refund and the man told us “we cannot do anything about that”. The pizza was awful and the customer service was surprisingly worse would not recommend.
