Worst service I’ve ever had. The Asian guy is so rud. My friends and I wanted to pay separately and the guy got mad only for that reason and started raising his voice when he delivered the order.

It all depends on the management and staff. IMO this location has slowly declined from its former glory and sadly so has the entire franchise in the west end of Toronto. Pizza Nova ? was at one time a viable option but I can no longer waste my time trying and hoping it will be like it once was. Other people still swear by it so check it out for yourself. Then make your own decision.

Chicken wings dried out and stone cold. Garlic bread tough like it had been microwaved. Salad was a bowl of lettuce with two slices of tomatoes 3 pieces of green pepper 6 pieces of onion and 1/2 a teaspoon of smashed up olives. Lasagna was ok. Not outstanding g by any means but just ok. Gf did t even finish it as it was worse for her than me. Very poor experience all over.
