Guy gave me the wrong slice of pizza and when I gave it back the guy working put it back in the display… not in the trash. Really disgusting and not in safe food handling….

This review is specifically for the older gentleman who's at the front on the late nights where people watching concerts at the Danforth Music Hall come in hungry like animals. You are amazing sir, you make those slices so warm and satisfying, you're the best!

Asked for veggie and he charged me for a gourmet. When I told him, he had a rude and ignorant attitude and said that’s what it cost. Seems like they don’t even follow the price on the menu and just charge what they want. Very rude customer service and unethical practice. Won’t be coming here again.

The simplest of all pizzas to make, a plain cheese pizza, was served to me with burnt and stale crust and cheese, tasted awful. Furthermore, the server had far too much attitude.

Charged more than what is on the menu. Added extra 10%. When I mentioned it the cashier shrugged and said inflation. He said he charges more everyday now and said that’s how it is. Seems to be false advertising. It’s not that hard to add a sticker to update the new price. I suspect he gave himself a tip without telling the customer. Very unethical practice. Make sure you check the price before paying.

The pizza was so hard that my kids complained that the pizza was hurting the top of their mouths..
This guy literally just didn’t want to make a lasagna late at night and claimed it would take 25 minutes. I’ve ordered it before and it’s taken 15 minutes. Just a bad employee that lied.
