Amazing service
I don’t usually order a party size pizza when I’m with three people, but this $50 party size pizza was definitely worth the purchase. I would highly recommend buying a party size when you’re having a celebration with friends and family.
On April 26th 2025, 12:30 AM, the staff attitude (the old man) was very bad. He said that he has no care to give good or bad review.
Even on a rainy day, we had a great time relaxing at Pizza Nova Danforth! The Party Size California Pizza was delicious—definitely a hit. If you're in East York and craving pizza, especially for the family, I highly recommend trying the Party Size California. You won’t be disappointed!
Cheerful staff especially the sweet and professional young Asian lady. Thanks for remembering us! Love sandwiches AND pizza.
Review for Pizza Nova (March 18, 2025, 7:09 PM)
I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at Pizza Nova. We ordered our pizza expecting a good meal, but unfortunately, it was far from what we anticipated. The pizza was soggy, and they drowned it in so much sauce that it seemed like they had no idea how to make a proper pizza. We specifically asked for it to be well done, but it came out undercooked and nothing like we expected.
To top it off, the cashier T. who took our order was incredibly rude. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Honestly, this was a disappointing experience all around, and I won't be coming back anytime soon.
Amazing dude. Came at closing and was super nice and gave us some extra! Love this place

On November 3, 2022, around 3:30 PM, I visited Pizza Nova on Danforth to order four large pizzas. When I politely asked the cashier about discount packages, she rudely told me to contact customer service. She also claimed she had ten other orders to handle and refused to take mine, eventually saying she’d quit her job and even threatened to sue me. This unprofessional behavior was shocking and disappointing. I expect better customer service from Pizza Nova.

is this place for real? i think the pizzas must be a week old because i just bought a veggie slice and the first slice was still hot enough but the second slice was cooled off a bit and my first bite all i could taste was rancidity and that sour taste when food has gone bad. no wonder i get stomach upset and irritable. i paid for this slice. and i highly doubt taking it up with the staff will do a damn thing. walking around this whole area all you come across are old closed down franchises and shops that are offering goods as if you had taken a trip abroad. what gives danforth village b.i.a.?
Vegetarian options: dont bother go to anywhere else that is canadian run as theyll likely be current and up to date.

Rubbish food, rubbish service, one employee didn't wear gloves the whole time, didn't wash his hands, took the money, didn't wash his hands, and just made pizza.
Please bring back the old quality food and taste. Taste dull and soggy

I don't often eat at Pizza Nova because their prices can be expensive, but their pizza taste freaking awesome.
