Absolute garbage customer service. If you’re going to run a business that serves customers you actually have to speak to your customers and engage with them instead of just throwing a debit machine at them with out even telling them how much their order costs. And when they ask you how much it costs instead of mumbling under your breath and pointing at the receipt and giving them attitude you should actually act like you care that people are coming into your business to spend their money at your establishment. It’s disrespectful and ignorant.

I ordered late, they quoted 30-35 minutes but Ken was done so much faster. He was so kind and provided such great service. Truly such an easy guy to buy pizza from.

I ordered delivery and got 2 dipping sauce they only sent one I called and let them know the guy was SO rude to me accusing me I was wrong kept saying to check the bag obviously I did that he then said I only order 1 sauce and they put it that they have cameras I said to check and ask driver to check car I couldn’t believe he was arguing with me over one dipping sauce. Check my order there are 2 sauces hot honey garlic and hot honey .

The person who serves has no tact in serving customers (he has Asian features), one wants to ask him something to know what we are going to order and he only says that we should not take up his time if we don't know and he leaves us with the word in the mouth and just for asking him about the Toppings, IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT HE'S ONLY SERVING AND PREPARING THE PIZZAS AND FEELING FRUSTRATED. VERY BAD SERVICE.

I usually wouldn't write a review, but this is the best Pizza Nova location I've tried downtown so far. Wish I took a picture of my pizza. Toppings were well distributed, and pizza was cooked well. The staff were friendly and kind, although it took a while for service while they were chatting, and I had to request napkins as they're behind the counter. The store was clean, and I wouldn't have minded sitting to eat if I wasn't heading home. Will definitely visit again.
