The person who serves has no tact in serving customers (he has Asian features), one wants to ask him something to know what we are going to order and he only says that we should not take up his time if we don't know and he leaves us with the word in the mouth and just for asking him about the Toppings, IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT HE'S ONLY SERVING AND PREPARING THE PIZZAS AND FEELING FRUSTRATED. VERY BAD SERVICE.

I usually wouldn't write a review, but this is the best Pizza Nova location I've tried downtown so far. Wish I took a picture of my pizza. Toppings were well distributed, and pizza was cooked well. The staff were friendly and kind, although it took a while for service while they were chatting, and I had to request napkins as they're behind the counter. The store was clean, and I wouldn't have minded sitting to eat if I wasn't heading home. Will definitely visit again.

I love pizza nova but not this location. The slices come out cold from the oven , they can’t fully cut the slice either. The Chinese guy who served on Sunday Jan 28, 6pm should not serve food and perhaps sit home and collect unemployment instead. Zero interaction or

I usually don’t leave reviews but after last night I definitely need to do so. I walk in around 11:30pm to do order a single slice of pepperoni pizza and the cashier is sitting there on his phone with his airpods in and immediately gives me the most attitude, acting bothered, starts groaning and mumbling as if I asked him to make an entire pizza. He mumbles every single word and just assumes that I am eating there. I told him it’s to go and he slams a bag on the counter. He didn’t even properly cut the pizza slice in half. I didn’t know working at pizza nova is such a hard job!
