The pizza guy doesn’t know what gluten is! I went and asked if they have gluten free pizza and dips. He told me that Pesto dip has gluten. I asked if they add flour and he started to confront me basically saying it’s basil and nuts, which are naturally gluten free but he still thinks they have gluten. Makes no sense and clearly doesn’t know what gluten is because he failed to explain me when I asked. Please, educate your stuff and teach them some manners. Do not start confronting customers in a rude way.

I biked to pick up my order and found the owner covered up this bike post. Two other bikes arrived at the same time. If the owner doesn't want bikes, then they're not getting this cyclist's money. Won't be ordering from Pizza Nova again.

Apart from two old guys working here who are rude, last week I was charged 19$ for a Large Pepperoni Bacon + Soda and Dip, Two days ago, I was surprisingly charged 19$ for a MEDIUM pepperoni bacon + Soda and Dip.
There were no promotions, menu prices were the same. Also, the bald white hair guy who took my order immediately DESTROYED my receipt and threw in the trash (Can look it up the date and time on camera). Something seriously sketchy going on here.
Also got charged 8.50 for a pepperoni combo slice who is listed 6.50$ on the menu and even after Tax (0.13) would cost me around 7$.
Would love to come here next time and gather some evidence about their pricing methods. Also if you question them they’ll reply rudely to you🤔 Do better PIZZA NOVA

Awful and disrespectful staff, asked to burrow some napkins and worker told me they do not have any. What kind of work place treats customers with suck disrespect, never buying from here ever
Absolute garbage customer service. If you’re going to run a business that serves customers you actually have to speak to your customers and engage with them instead of just throwing a debit machine at them with out even telling them how much their order costs. And when they ask you how much it costs instead of mumbling under your breath and pointing at the receipt and giving them attitude you should actually act like you care that people are coming into your business to spend their money at your establishment. It’s disrespectful and ignorant.

I ordered late, they quoted 30-35 minutes but Ken was done so much faster. He was so kind and provided such great service. Truly such an easy guy to buy pizza from.
