It’s unfortunate I have to write this, been going since I was a kid in high school, but the place has gone down hill, maybe a change of ownership? The customer service has been awful and I can safely say I won’t be coming back here anytime soon… maybe if they got som friendlier more useful staff that would be a start. Wouldn’t recommend to others.

Ordered through these guys from Uber eats. Typically the pizza is great and I'm sure it is from here too, but ordering was a terrible experience.
I ordered at 7pm, the food finally showed up at 930. It was stone cold, the box looked all banged up and it was the wrong pizza and wrong size (my large pepperoni pictured here). Typically pizza nova also seals their pizza with stickers and the receipt is sticking out. The stickers were broken and no receipt. This was obviously not my order.
Called the store and they connected me to the driver. He said to send my banking information so I could get my money back. Called the store back and the just took the phone off the hook and left it. Called Uber and they told me to call the store.
I love pizza, I love pizza nova, but if you've read this far you can tell that I'm not pleased with this experience. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this pizza nova location.
Being connected to the driver who asked for my banking information was especially bizarre and off putting. Being delivered an opened, wrong sized pizza 2.5 hours after the fact was disappointing. Uber eats refusing to refund me was the icing on the cake.
Pray for the poor souls who get delivery from this location.

Their app lied. Said it had to do with then cook time. When they should really consider that. I don't think it's run well inside. They seem to focused on delivery. And from what I heard, that wasn't going well too.

They sprinkled uncooked onions on top for some reason. I have never had a pizza this bland before.

Whenever I can't be bothered cooking I find this location a reliable substitute. The pizza is decent, consistently well made and the walk-in special is a good value. The folks who work at this location are uniformly pleasant. I'm in and out inside of 15 minutes at most, usually closer to 10. Can recommend.
