DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA NOVA!
I've placed an order yesterday thru SkipTheDishes and the order was never delivered. The restaurant contact me asking to confirm the address, which I did multiple times. They said my address did not exits and the driver could not find the location. The driver called me and I've repeated the address multiple times but he said he did not speak english and could not find it. Then they simply gave up delivering my food. When we tried to contact them, we were told our address did not exist and hang up the phone.
The worst part is when I contacted SkipTheDishes to cancel and issued me a refund, they said they needed to verify with the restaurant. Guess what!?!? The restaurant said they delivered the order on time and in our hands!!!
When we tried to contact the restaurant again, they said they don't have time to talk to us and hang up the phone again!
I not only was left without a pizza, I got robbed as I paid for something I did not get it and on top of that, had to make arrangements to get food from another place after a 3 hours waiting for the issue to be solved!
I don't know if I am more disappointed at Pizza Nova or SkipTheDishes as no one can simply help me. What happen to good customer services??

Ate here twice in the last few weeks and I had to vastly different experiences despie ordering the same thing both times. The photo in the review was my pizza the first time, a solid chain restaurant pizza I would have given 5/5 on, the second time I ordered the pizza crust was extremely thin and the pizza weighed considerably less than the time before. Still good, but im not an ultra thin crust pizza kinda guy. Quality control I guess is a bit of a hit or miss kind of scenario
I order pizza and nugget every week but I just got the worst nugget. It is soo dried and hard to taste chicken inside

I worried that every thing going well actually I ask our servant for help choose our food through menue and he take of us how ever he was busy with other customers but sill several times he asked if we need anything or the food okay . Awesome pizza freshly baked on the spot. Closest thing to New York style pizza 🍕 in Toronto. For optimal experience dine in. Shout out to Assad for his amazing customer service and baking skills. I highly recommend their walk-in specials like a freshly made medium pie 😋
