I just want to say a big thank you to the team at Pizza Nova 714 Queen E. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and kindness that instantly makes you feel welcome. The staff here are not only professional, but truly lovely people. They are patient, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
As for the food, absolutely amazing. The pizza comes out fresh, hot, and full of flavor every single time. The crust is baked to perfection, the sauce is rich and tasty, and the cheese is always melty and delicious. 🍕Every bite feels like comfort food done right. Even the little details, from the freshness of the toppings to the way everything is presented, show how much care goes into what they serve. 😋
What makes this location stand out even more is the atmosphere the team creates. They treat customers with so much kindness and respect, and you can really feel that they care. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the people are this consistently amazing, but this Pizza Nova has it all.🤗

I am very disappointed with the service I received today. I placed an order for delivery, and when it was running late, I called to check the status. The response I received was shocking – I was told that my order was “too big,” which apparently explained the delay.
This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely delivery and professional communication. Instead, I was met with poor service and a dismissive attitude. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide that I will not be ordering from Pizza Nova again.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both your service and customer care for the future.

The poor service related reviews are accurate. You can only fake it so much and true colours inevitably will show. Pizza nova's sauce is nostalgic but this location's leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Pizzaiolo next two doors down is like night and day compared to these guys.
