The poor service related reviews are accurate. You can only fake it so much and true colours inevitably will show. Pizza nova's sauce is nostalgic but this location's leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Pizzaiolo next two doors down is like night and day compared to these guys.

You can tell they care about their customers. The food was fresh, delicious, and made just right. Honestly, this is hands down the best Pizza Nova I’ve been to. I’ve tried other locations before, but this one stands out not just for the quality of the food, but also for the positive atmosphere and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

Scammers. I asked whether I could pay for extra toppings on their special and the cashier said it would be a $1 extra. Then when I looked at my receipt and had called back because they made an error on the toppings found out it was $2.40 for regular toppings. When I returned and addressed it he said he was tired it was 12:13. Etc then totally changed his tune and said he told me $2🙄with no conscience. Horrible Service and communication.

This Pizza Nova location in particular is so consistently good, I really want to thank you. I'm gluten intolerant and their gluten free pizza is fantastic (and I've tried many many other spots in search of a delightful GF pizza, some much more expensive, and also other pizza nova locations, which all do not live up to par). Our go-to order the past couple years: Hawaiian or Canadian, GF, extra sauce. Whenever we get it delivered, it always arrives early too. Keep up the great work!

The owners, or whomever operate the establishment, are rude and disrespectful. We arrived at 11:50 to order pizza and a drink. Once we were eating our pizza quietly in the corner, we were yelled at and told we had to leave at they were closing. The time was 11:56. Prior to our order we were not advised,” hey you have a few minutes to eat as are closing”.If we knew the treatment we were about to receive, we would have ordered from another establishment.
Once midnight came they turned off the lights and started yelling a bit more. We obviously didn’t take that treatment and told them if you want people to leave perhaps close at 11:30 .

The order-taker was friendly, polite, and new to the team. However, the pizza maker's behavior was unacceptable. Not only did he speak rudely to me, but I also witnessed him treating the order-taker with disrespect.
The contrast between the two staff members was striking. The order-taker's kindness and professionalism made the pizza maker's attitude even more jarring.
While the food may have been satisfactory, the service left a sour taste. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
The bathroom is really dirty.

Although I may not be a big tipper but the delivery driver of this place needs proper manners. Asking me to tip him more than I did was rude and inconsiderate. People need to be happy what they get or don't bother delivering. Simple!
