I love pizza nova and I always order cheese pizza with pesto, second time trying from this location and all they know is how to disappoint a customer.
Ordered medium cheese with pesto (paid extra) and didn’t receive pesto upon arrival, pizza was stone cold (order delivered within 21 minutes). Drivers don’t use thermal bags at all. Happened twice! Called the store to ask for the missing pesto and look at the audacity of some mere employee working there - firstly no greeting, then when informed about the issue, he told me that if its missing that means we don’t have it simple, I told them that if you have something missing then you should reach out to the customer or provide some replacements rather then sending nothing and getting the money wasted and he laughed it off and said you want your money back okay will do so. No refund has been processed, no apologies were given. Just absurd! Now coming to the pizza, I think plain cheese pizza is the easiest one to make but look at the pictures on what I got! Pizza with just sauce and no cheese on few of the slices, ordered regular crust and just look at the crust, wondering what do they for thin crust ones lol! Complete nonsense. Not only the food but their service is pathetic ( specially that one guy who knows nothing about customer service).

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Pizza Nova through Uber Eats. Despite providing clear and specific instructions with my order, the restaurant claimed they were unable to see both my instructions and my contact number. This is unacceptable—why was my information suddenly inaccessible when it is essential for confirming the delivery address? These instructions have always been applicable to every order, and I rely on Uber Eats for convenience as I have two young children who need constant supervision. Having my order left lazily at the front desk creates even more inconvenience and frustration. As loyal customers who have ordered from this store frequently, we expect better service. This experience was so concerning that I feel compelled to share it publicly to warn others and help them avoid similar issues.

Ordered from them many times. Spent a lot of cash with them but tonight said they closing early, 2 hours before closing. So we couldn’t order 2 large pizzas as per usual! So we went to express pizza down the road, an independent pizza place. So much better than them. Pizza nova, you have lost our business. Will never return. Such bad service after spending so much with them!!! Support local independent small businesses instead of these thieves!!

I was there on 2.40 Am this store closed at 3 am still 20 more minutes left . I can understand in 5 mins but 20 min ahead they told they are not taking any oder. Should i need to come one hour before for the oder????

Beginner's Luck
Ordered a lasagne looked disgusting asked what is this and they told me this is how they cook it. Second it took me a while to take it out it was so hot because it came out of the oven and put it in the bag and I am supposed to take it out with my hand. I left it there couldn’t eat it or carry it bye bye 16$. Hard earned money gone. Write more negative
MY GO-TO SPOT! 🍕✨ This location is absolutely the best! The pizza slices are always fresh, saucy, and so delicious. On top of that, the service here is always friendly and fast. This is hands down my favorite spot for a slice, I always leave happy. Dare I say this is the best pizza nova location in Toronto!

Given the price, I wasn’t expecting anything extraordinary, but I was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas were fresh, well-made, and had a good balance of toppings and cheese. The crust was just the right mix of crispy and soft, making for an enjoyable bite.
The place itself was decent—nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable enough to sit and eat. It had a casual atmosphere, perfect for a quick meal. The staff were kind and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. They prepared my order quickly and made sure everything was to my liking.
Overall, Pizza Nova is a good option if you’re looking for an affordable and tasty meal. While it may not be the best pizza I’ve ever had, it definitely delivers in terms of value for money. If you’re in the mood for a quick, satisfying bite without spending too much, this is a great choice. I’d definitely consider coming back for another combo deal
