Haven't had services like this in fast food chains for decades, your employee cooks and serves with bright energy and passion! Best experience visiting pizza restaurants hands down. I would love to hire the employee myself. I visited on the 20th of Aug 2025 at around 11pm.
Some mentions soggy pizza but that's because you ordered the thin crust! I was so satisfied with the soggy thin crust which made the texture almost like biting on a Lasagna. Or maybe the happiness the guy Brough upon me completed my satisfaction!! I strongly recommend the management to give him a raise or a manager position!!

I ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizza tonight and both were under baked and not enough sauce, and cheese was not spread out evenly. Plus I was not recommended to buy the 2 medium pizza with 2 toppings each that comes with drinks and dips for the same price as 2 medium pepperoni pizza. I was very surprised. I'm going to put this on the employee that made the order because I go here regularly and the pizza is on point.

Tonight I placed a delivery order. I ordered the Medium Special with 10 wings. OMG, the hot honey garlic wings were AMAZING! I think they were the best wings I’ve had in years. The pizza had pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms on half and hot Italian peppers on the other half. Nothing special BUT it too, was DELICIOUS. I highly recommend this location. They obviously take pride in delivering hot delicious food. The delivery person was friendly and the food was hot.

Pizza pre-ordered for 520 but delivered at 505. Driver was rude to my daughter as he had to wait a couple of minutes before the door was answered. 520 is 520 not 15 minutes beforehand. Pizza was bland and undercooked. For the price Pizza Nova charges you’d think you’d get better product and service.

Worst pizza ever!!! Don't know what I just ate??? Was that dog food??? Or maybe my dog would have refused that too!!! I'm sorry but you can't slop anything and just give someone for nearly $50... The pizza is really thin and yes I agree with other customers on your reviews, the toppings are falling off even though it's supposed to be baked thoroughly... Also the Panzo was not cooked inside its just they took some toppings and poured it inside when I broke it open nothing was on one half and the other side had some goey cheese, tomatoes, no red peppers and sparingly the ground beef... Even indian people who buy franchises know how to prepare pizza better than you all... I was wanting to go with my regular pizza pizza or the other local Indian guy down the road but I felt sorry for you that nobody comes to your shop as I passed there several times and now I know why!!! My parents had a business once overseas and they would never serve someone something like that... Your lucky Hells Kitchen Chef Ramsey never tasted or visited your restaurant & food... I best advise you some business and legal advice here please don't open shop until you know how to make this or until you take your money and hire a proper chef... I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat whatever that was or visit your pizza place... Even if you give me back my money what will i buy as you sell share slop??? Unless head office can prove differently...??? Thanks for nothing! I was just tired and hungry and wanted something while visiting my sister's place & watching movies... Second time my pizza was basically not edible and an absolute MESS. How is this okay?
my favorite gluten free pizza they are vary nice and welcoming at the location and put up with my two daughters hungry and waiting for pizza will always return the staff are a blessing thanks for the lollipops 🍭 😋

Great pizza place in our neighborhood. Always much much better option than pizza pizza down the street. Great folks who work here as well, always involved in our school events. Vegan cheese offering is pretty decent too. Highly recommend for quick, easy, simple but yummy pizza for the family!
Kid-friendliness: Always easy to order the pickup special and take it over to East Lynn for a quick meal for the kids when weather is nice!

I normally would only order Pizza Nova when I wanted a "Better Pizza" but this will be the last time I order from here. The amount of toppings was so minimal the crust was awful and dry, it was not good at all. Everything is so expensive these days, I rarely order out so when I do I would like great food. So disappointed....
