Ordered a large 2x pepperoni for pick up. Brought it back to the hotel and opened the box. The worst excuse for a pizza I have ever seen and tasted. It was way undercooked! Cheese was just melted enough that it looked like wax and the pepperoni was raw. Had no crunch to it. I swear it was cooked in the microwave. Just horrible

The worst pizza I am a fan of Pizza Nova, and I buy pizza nova every time. Unfortunately, I have been to this location one Sunday to buy pizza. I ordered to the sales associate and I told her to cook it well done but don’t burn it. She said okay. We will cook regular. But they gave us burn pizza. When we mentioned to them, the girl was so rude that I even didn’t talk to her. Worst pizza and place to eat pizza. Zero customer service.
