The Pizza Nova location across from my home provides subpar service. Guests and I encounter mistakes and mishaps from under-trained staff each time we order.A guest tried to use a gift card, but the female employee failed to process it manually despite being trained. The female employee appeared hesitant.Another MALE staff member is notorious for being rude, especially to my husband. He is obsessed with his car and blocks other tenants' driveways.It seems that family connections allow these unprofessional individuals to continue working at this location.

First off. I love pizza Nova and usually have a great experience any one of the locations I’ve been too. My partner and I wanted a quick slice before a movie. We went in on a Tuesday at 6:30. There were no slices. The case was empty and what was there was old and stale. So we got a pizza made. The individual working told us 15 minutes. We left and came back almost 20 later and he had said another 15 minutes. We ended up waiting almost 40 minutes for our pizza. There were two staff working and it was very busy with deliveries and Uber. Maybe this location needs to hire. The pizza was fine but the service wasn’t. We probably won’t come by to this location again as they are severely understaffed at least they were when we visited on March 27th 2024.
