GET GARBAGE CONTAINERS TO ENSURE ALL IS CONTAINED
I have now seen RATs in front of the building, going through the garbage and digging inside the trees.
Id be happy to update my review, if the above is rectified.
This is a community that works hard to keep a beautiful evnivornment. Please do your part.

The cashier here always try’s to overcharge/tip herself, I’ve caught it on multiple occasions now, here is the receipt, I paid with my visa and when I asked for the receipt she give me $2 in change, unacceptable

Walked into the place and their worker (Short Asian kid) walked out of the shop talking on his cellphone. He left without any acknowledgement or commutating with me. So, I don't know if he's on break or what? But I think if you were to leave for whatever reason that you should inform your coworker so they can take over your spot and not leave the front of the shop unattended.
Anyway, it wasn't until another customer came in and we started chatting that a worker from the back heard us and then came up to take our order.
Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience but there's definitely room for improvement. So, just giving them a 2 star based off that.

I like pizza nova in general in terms of taste/ flavors and textures. This store is close to where i live. The evening / night shift guy at cashier who takes orders also prepares the dough and makes and bakes the pizza is nice..and helpful. Smiling too..which is a rarity now adays.specially in the hospitality business. Will be coming again.
