Terrible service at this Pizza Nova at 3205 Yonge st.The staff were rude, angry, and acted like they didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no respect — just bad attitude the whole time. I felt very uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back to this location

The WORSE service I have ever seen or received! Im actually sad because I love Pizza Nova and this is the only one in my area. The Tall bald guy is extremely rude, zero sign of friendliness and has no patience at all! He should not be allowed to deal with public nore provide customer service. Today will be the very last time I stepped into this store and I walked out super hungry as I decided to cancel my order due to his terrible behaviour... also, the older asian lady speaks barely any English, is not friendly and literally shouts instead of speaking. She has a hard time taking customers orders and makes you repeat everything multiple times! I wish I could contact the owner and express my experience to them. Oh well, another lost loyal client...
They put the vegetarian pizza with the pork I told here I was Muslim and I do not eat pork and she yelled at us and started a fight for no reason

I ordered a lasagna and it was too acidic, the tomato paste was spoiled, please improve the quality of your ingredients or do not offer expired food.

Pizza was is delicious but the service was awful. The man handling the counter was extremely rude and gave me and my colleagues attitude when we asked for something twice because he did not acknowledge us in the slightest.

Well that's 3 strikes. What a horrible slice they just gave me for the 3rd time. This one was probably sitting there since yesterday. Can't believe I'm saying this but you're better off going to the pizza pizza just north of here.Amd if you happen to be there around lunch time, I really hope you like screaming kids. I'd just stay away in general
