A regular pizza express nothing fancy nothing to out of the ordinary service was crazy bad just wanted to order two slices of pizza that were in the rack and the guy said it was gonna take at least 10 minutes because he was so busy obviously doing other pizza stuff crazy

I got a dead bug on my drink it was a pop and it was supposed to be a sealed can but it was open and had a DEAD ROACH on top. I did not in fact receive any compensation nor an apology I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN Edit: I have a horrible phobia of dead bugs and started crying in the store, my friend had to tell the attendant who quickly threw it out so we couldn’t get a photo.

This place is so dirty, so dirty, so bad. I saw bugs on food not flies. bug walking on food. So sad what is happening to this city and this store is our city's front face to tourists. I was so ashamed my friend from US was with me and saw that.

We visited this location today and had an extremely disappointing experience. We were served by a middle-aged Indian man who, despite being of the same ethnicity as us, displayed discriminatory and disrespectful behavior. When we politely asked for sauce recommendations for our pizza, he was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.
After the interaction, we asked for his name to provide feedback, but he refused to share it. When we calmly insisted, he told us to leave the store without any valid reason. This experience made us feel unwelcome and disrespected.
We will not be returning to this location again due to the unprofessional and prejudiced treatment we received.
Coming to Toronto and trying this place for the first time, left me with a really bad unwelcome feeling. Guy wouldn't give me a box to take the remaining of an XL pizza. Stated it was inventory and therefore he couldn't spare a smaller box, gave me a paper bag instead. In Florida this doesn't happen, I even told him I'll pay for the box and he was i have to charge you a whole pizza for 8 dollars. Unbelievable. I won't recommend this location at all.
