I ordered two slices of pepperoni, and the lady at the front desk was gone for a few minutes and came back and I saw that the pizza was burnt but I honestly tried eating it but when I couldn’t, I asked her to replace only one of the slices, and she agreed and then she only kept that slice in oven for a few seconds and when I ate it, it was literally cold. This is by far the worst customer service at a Pizza Pizza store.

But the pizza gave both of us the worst gas and stomach cramps. I've eaten a ton of pizza pizza from dozens of locations in my lifetime and never had an issue like this! Something must have been off. Ate half. This morning I tossed the leftovers I was planning on having for lunch today
This has scared me off your pizza. Won't take a chance of going thru this hell again. Thanks for 40 plus yrs of good food
