I walked in on a Tuesday at 6pm and ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. I was told that it would take 30 min because they have alot of orders. It was Canada Day so I understand they are probably busier than normal. but come on, really? 30 min for a walk in medium at 6pm? Should have placed a way bigger delivery order, would have been free forsure! Lmao. Ridiculous

So afew days ago i came here, I stopped to use the restroom really quickly, the asian lady who was working there said i have to buy something in order to use it so i did no problem I bought a can of pop for $2.50 she opens me the washroom and the toilet in there was utterly disgusting. I told her i can’t use that, and if she can unlock me the other washroom, she said something that sounded very rude to me and she went to assist other customers. I waited a minute or so and she never came back to help me. They should maintain and clean their washrooms more and that Lady should be fired for being rude to PAYING customers or be friendlier.

The last time I tried to get food from here the store had closed an hour early. I ordered online from here tonight and my order was cancelled half an hour before close.
I’m literally trying to give you my business but it seems your employees are making it difficult. Love your panzos and the price they come at but will find alternatives since lazy people seem to be all you hire for late night shifts.
And yea, after locking up he seemed to just get back on his phone behind the counter.
