Absolutely ridiculous experience with this Pizza Pizza location. I tried to place an order for delivery and it turned into a complete nightmare. They had about seven different people call me to “confirm” my address—each time asking if I was in Stouffville, even though I told them clearly and repeatedly that I live in Toronto. Nobody seemed to actually listen. On top of that, communication was extremely difficult, and the whole process was beyond frustrating. In the end, I couldn’t even get my order delivered. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time.

I get pizza often on my break from work nearby. Within a few visits the regular staff remembered my order and the service since then (really always) has been solid. Never had to wait in line long, and they never seem to be out of pizza. Say what you want about the franchise but this pizza pizza is consistent.

For a pizza store that is located not too far from a mall, this place is very iconic and stays open late. Enough to where you can get a nice slice at the end of the night. The only thing I would say about this pizza place is that they do need to keep it clean a bit more often. There were a lot of sticky tables. The tables were not wiped down, so eating there may have been a problem, but other than that, it's a place I recommend people go to.
This store seems so much better other Pizza Pizza I’ve had. This Pepperoni Pizza tasted pretty good, the crust was warm and crunchy, the cheese was melted perfectly and the pepperoni was just crispy enough. The Store location is very convenient especially after you visiting High Park, The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. We definitely to go back here.
