U ordered a chicken leg and they gave me a mixed with dirty chicken wings. I can even see the chicken feather on the top of it. This is a serious issue, i hope i am not getting sick.

Imagine walking in to a pizza store and ordering a large pepperoni and you get a large cheese pizza with pieces of pepperoni placed after the cheese pizza is fully cooked. After I told the worked I ordered a large pepperoni and they got my ordered wrong. One of the workers told me can you wait 2 min, then she just put a bunch of pepperonis on a baking sheet and put them on the oven, then she took the separately cooked pepperoni pieces and literally smash it on the cheese pizza. What’s funny is she had the audacity to bring the pizza and show it to me with that look of: here you go idiot it’s a pepperoni pizza now. I don’t really know if they think they’re smart or this customer service is acceptable, no apology at all or any realization of the mistake, just a cheese pizza with slammed pepperoni.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location today. The cashier was rude and unprofessional. I didn’t receive the sauce for my wings, and when I politely asked for it, she threw the dip onto the counter with a bad attitude. On top of that, the wings I received were cold, which I had to complain about to the manager, who thankfully replaced them.
What made the situation worse was that the cashier seemed upset and began speaking to her colleagues in another language, which I understood to be insulting me. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I will not be returning to this branch again due to the poor service and disrespectful staff. Very disappointed.

I can't understand how someone can be hired for customer service who lacks basic manners (not necessarily formal education). Basic etiquette: if someone says 'good evening,' you respond; if someone says 'thank you,' you reply accordingly; if someone says goodbye, you also respond. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but it's very frustrating to always encounter people who don't understand the simplest rules of courtesy in society, especially when they are placed at the front of your business to interact with customers. The total lack of friendliness and the annoyance with which they serve here is incomprehensible

I went there this afternoon after work to buy 2 boxes of pizza. The crew that took my order was very nice and approachable. Her name is Vidhi. She presented me with the menu very nicely and gave me suggestions about good deals. Service was also fast and good. Thumbs up all the way. 😊😊
