Girl working today was very unprofessional. She had 3 pepperoni pizza slices said we can only order that even though they have 2 hours left to be open told us seating is closed and we can’t sit here. Not understanding at all . Her tone of voice was very rude and she had a lot of attitude. She’s making uber order pizzas but doesn’t want to make pizza for paying customers and it’s not close time. Basically we were only able to buy the pizza that’s already prepared and it was looking stale

Last night was the worst experience ever. I usually call for delivery. I called and spoke to an agent at 5:13pm. The agent proceeded to take my telephone and address and order and gave the total like usual. I understand that it’s Halloween and the order will be a little later. I asked that when the order comes to call and I’ll meet the person.
After almost 2 hours of waiting and no call. I called the customer service and waited for almost 30 mins. Someone finally answered and said that the pizza pizza in my area is closed for 3 hours. No one is taking responsibility. I’m upset that why didn’t the agent that took my order let me know and I’ll decide what I want to do. I was told that my order cannot go to another location and was put on hold a couple of times with no luck. In the end I was told the pizza pizza opened back up so at 7:30pm I ordered again so I could speak to the driver. Waited the 50 mins and it came.
I said to the driver that it’s been a 3 hour wait so it’s free. Customer service calls me right back after 5 mins that’s it’s not late and it made the delivery time. They said that the first order was not promised a deliver time and it was cancelled and the second order made he deliver time. I said it was a 3 hour wait.
All that fuss and the pizza was burnt and thin crust for regular dough and the toppings were falling off . It’s not worth it at all. I would give 0 star and never order from them again. You just lost a customer for life!

They make great pies, and their owner has developed a strong community partnership with Alpha House Recovery Community, an East Toronto non-profit that I work for. He has generously served his delicious food during our various fundraising events and parties - this is a restaurant that has made a real difference in our community. Thank you for all that you do!
