Worst place i have ever been. And staff was so arrogant and unprofessional almost. 4:30 on 15th Aug, me and my friend ordered a medium pizza and we requested the staff to use clean knife and change the gloves. They just ignored our instructions and we saw they used the same hands they used to take meat. We confronted them, they were like yeah this is how we work. Then they directly refunded our money and we left. Is this the way to treat your consumers!! Not just first time this is happened 3-4 times before. So slow and cheap staff.

I used to appreciate Pizza Pizza for its taste and value for money. My recent experience with the restaurant has eroded my trust in the company. I had a bad pizza, which upset my stomach. My wife and I both were affected. When I raised a complaint, its staff was courteous enough to mention that they would monitor the situation. However, they denied providing a refund as they did not believe that the product was bad. Lost me as a customer on two aspects of trust. First, the trust that a pizza I receive is going to be good. Second, trust that when I say my pizza was bad and I was hurting as a result of it, my word would be golden. Bad pizzas happen sometimes, it’s only an operational probability. Bad policies, oooh, never eating here again.

Ordered pizza through app the staff told not to order through app, I have a promo code and the staff said no promo codes work in their store, no points to claim for the order, ac doesn't work, not a clean store, wait time is around 30 mins for 1 med pizza, pizza crust was burned, they gave a can of pop when I ordered a bottle. Please check your order before taking out.

Ordered delivery online. The order was confirmed, but the driver refused to deliver due to daytime construction in the area (I ordered at 1100pm). I even offered to come down and provide a parking space on the property of the delivery address. So, like, no delivery for the next 10 years while they build this subway? Get a grip. Pizza hut delivered no problem.
