I recently ordered from Pizza Pizza and had a pleasant experience overall. The cost of the food was very fair, offering good value for the quality provided. I ordered a special pizza deal that included three drinks, and it was great — the pizza was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. The crust was well-cooked, and the toppings were generous. The service was efficient, and my order arrived as expected. One thing I noticed during my visit is that the windows of the location are fully covered with Pizza Pizza advertisements. While I understand the marketing purpose, I believe it would improve the dining experience if these were removed or minimized. Customers would really enjoy having a nice view outside while enjoying their meal. I definitely recommend Pizza Pizza for a casual and affordable meal, especially if you’re craving a good slice with a drink.

The staff at 2295 Yonge Street were too rude and complained about cost of chicken and if the customer knows better process to cook pizza than them when I complained about the bad experience with the ordered pizza last time. This is not the way a reputable pizza brand service treat the customer.

I had a disappointing experience at this Pizza Pizza location. The staff member who served me, an Asian woman, seemed visibly unhappy and unapproachable. Her body language made me feel unwelcome, as if she didn’t want to interact with customers.
I ordered cheesy crust but received a regular crust instead, and my tater tots were soggy. The only item I enjoyed was the chicken wings — they were well-cooked and tasty.
I spent nearly $60 and didn’t feel like I received a fair deal for the quality of food or service. It also seemed like the staff member may have been overworked or in need of support, which can affect the customer experience.
I hope the management looks into improving both service and food consistency.

This location never delivers an order in time. It’s so bad that they have taken off the time guarantee most locations have. So far I’ve been waiting over an hour and 15 minutes for a Pizza with apparently 20 more minutes to wait.
