Placed an order from here and paid online. The order was never delivered, and I was never buzzed or called. It was Halloween night so I expected they were just busy and the order got lost or something, and would have happily accepted a refund. I called customer service 3 times and each time I was told to “call back later because the location is too busy.” I sent an email to pizza pizza, notifying them of the issue. I still have not received a refund or even been acknowledged.
I’ve placed many orders with various pizza pizza locations, but they’ve lost me after this one. Considering the size of the corporation, you would think a refund for goods not delivered wouldn’t be so hard to obtain.
Don’t order from here, and if you do make sure you don’t pay upfront.

One slice of pizza waited for half an hour and employee refused to answer simple question about the order whether it is ready or not. If you need to walk in and order why make the app and have ppl order online?!?! We ended up giving up and just walking to dominos pizza. AVOID!!!

My son ordered a large amount of food to get us through the weekend recently and they couldn't make it so they cancelled. We don't have much money to spare but they still charged us saying we picked it up. We tried emailing pizza pizza support and calling their but they didn't even check with the workers that night, just the receipt that says picked up that manually is entered by the workers. When my son went into person, they said he had to come in when the same workers are in. It's sad to see large corporation take money from small families.

Worst service ever, I paid for a mobile order and had my friend pick it up. They asked him to pay again saying the payment wasn’t made earlier. I didn’t even know he paid for the order as we didn’t discuss this until the same evening when this discussion came up. I was thinking I paid for the order and it was even on my bank statement but same was true for my friend. We went back to the store they provided us the receipt for the payment I made but didn’t give us the receipt for the payment my friend made again in store but they acknowledged the fact that he did pay again but just refused the receipt. We got the support phone number from the employee and thankfully the support employee assisted us although it took too long. He said the refund will take around 3-5 days. Hopefully the money will be refunded but RIP to our 1 hour. If the store had processed the refund this would have been so smooth even after the mistake.

Extremely rude guy working there, restaurant was in a very bad condition, tables were dirty, garbage overflowing and no hygiene. Top of that the old guy was showing attitude for no reason and was so rude. Never coming back.

Any time I’m in Toronto I try to stop in at least once to any Pizza Pizza location. It’s cheap and you basically get two slices for the price of one and what can I say, I think the pizza is decent. One thing this location lacks, however, is a bathroom due to its small size. However it’s in an area near the St Lawrence Market and other places that have bathrooms so depending on if that’s make or break for you it’s a good spot.
