My experience at this Pizza Pizza was terrible. The bald old guy working there was rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about customer service. I will not be coming back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless they fix their attitude and service.

I visited this Pizza Pizza branch and overall it was a good experience. It was my first time buying here, and I wasn’t fully aware of the size limitations for in-store orders. You can either get a huge pizza or just slices. In the end, we went with slices and tried the Pepperoni and Hawaiian flavours, both of which were really tasty.
The service was okay: the cashier was patient and friendly, though her colleague didn’t seem as welcoming. The food itself met expectations, and the pricing is very convenient for the quality. Pizza Pizza also offers other kinds of food besides pizza, so there’s something for everyone. The restroom was clean but could use a bit more attention, and our table had some grease and crumbs, so a little extra cleaning would improve the overall experience.
Overall, if you’re craving pizza or other casual eats and want good quality at a reasonable price, this is a solid option!

Can Pizza Pizza get rid of the policy that they need a phone number to deliver pizza orders? I accidentally mistyped my phone number for my online order. I waited 1 hour for my pizza order on my condo building and never got it. It turns out the driver parked outside my building but that's as far as they went. They didn't walk into the building and ask the concierge (I know because I talked to concierge and they confirmed this) to deliver the order. Concierge would've given them access to the elevator or called me about a delivery. So because the driver couldn't reach me by phone, I couldn't receive the order and this allows pizza pizza to keep the order with no refund or credit (see snapshot). How crazy is that - no phone number gives them a right to keep your order! Anyways, I called pizza pizza after my guests left a couple of days later and the customer service tried telling me the same thing.the rightto argue that the phone number situation doesn't make sense. If I'm at the address listed on the order, the order should be delivered. Finally after 40 minutes on the phone, pizza pizza processed a refund on my credit card.

Went there for the first time as a German. I like the pizza, it’s soft but still crispy after I heat it up in air fryer
Horrible service, im never coming back , they can't even cut a slice properly. And when i ask them to cut it again, oh god their faces like im bothering them from the morning. hiring only good looking ladies is upto you, but atleast train them .

I had the most unhinged experience with a delivery person from this location. I requested contactless delivery to my door, and a buzzer number was provided with the order for entry to my building. When she arrived she refused to buzz in and instead called and left multiple VMs saying there was a “line” (not sure what line she was referring to, as there was no line for the elevator when I made my way down since she refused to buzz in) and she was going to get a “ticket.” She also wouldn’t specify where she was (in my lobby? Outside my building?) and just said she was on my street. Finally I told her leave the food in my lobby instead of delivering to my door. I went down and my cauliflower bites were missing. I called and she was sitting outside in her car and came back in, but wouldn’t give me the bites. She kept telling me I had my pop and pizza and didn’t seem to understand even when I indicated on my receipt I had also ordered cauliflower bites. She then put her bag on the floor and started pulling pizzas out of her bag and started opening them asking which was mine, and I explained I didn’t need another pizza - just the bites. When I looked inside her discarded bag on the floor I found a box and said those were probably the bites but she said no, that they were part of another order. I asked again then where the missing bites were and she said she wasn’t sure, that maybe the box was mine, and could I open it and check. I did, and there were my bites. The whole interaction was very frantic , definitely not contactless, and I hope that it’s not normal for Pizza Pizza delivery drivers to ask random customers who may or may not have washed their hands to open boxes that may or may not be theirs…
When I called HQ requesting a refund on my tip they refused, despite the fact the order was not contactless and also not delivered to my door.
Will be ordering from Domino’s moving forward.
As an aside, the cauli bites are not good and not worth ordering.
