I have eaten from many Pizza Pizza but this was by far the worst Pizza I have ever eaten. I think he didnt even bother to cut the veggies properly and by looking at the size of the crust it felt like whoever is the Chef he doesnt even know how to make a proper dough. Would surely never visit this place

Me and my friends went over there and asked for large combo offer for large+3 drinks. I only wanted to add a extra topping and then the guy told me that this will not work. I have been taking pizzas from pizza pizza from last two years and none of the location have responded like this. And after ordered online we were waiting inside, it was 15 min so my friend just went to ask that how much will it take, the lady told rudely that it is in oven. Staff should have some humble behavior.

front staff wasn’t even bothered to take order and was rude, poor customer service and above pizza was average. i usually prefer pizza pizza for pizzas but this was a bad experience.

Ordered two pizzas on the app with a friend. A minute after entering staff asked what we were doing there (not as a greeting, there was nothing friendly in their question). The amount of Italian sausage on the pizzas (pictured) was maybe a third of what you'd expect from any other pizza pizza. For bonus points we didn't get our dips and they didn't have the drinks we ordered online. Granted, that last one may not have been their fault. I'd recommend going to the pizza hut that's across the street instead.

No cleanliness in the restaurant! There were flies flying over the already made pizza slices. Another customer came and asked about those flies over slices, for which the employees had no answer. It's not there fault too, the owner is accountable to ensure the place is neat and clean without any potential food hazards!!

Rude staff behaviour and telling customers on their new Policy of NO Ketchup with Pizza can be asked - Only with fries . Hire someone with customer service training and not a wana be false policy imposer. Hiding napkins at back and not happy when customers ask for napkins with food .

I recently visited this pizza place and was greeted by Abhi, the cashier. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. He took the time to explain the menu options and made great recommendations. Even when I had a few questions about the toppings and specials, Abhi made sure I was well-informed without rushing me. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made my experience so much more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning because of the great service he provided .
