The customer service they provide is absolutely insane, the way the man ( clean headed ) dealing with customers was very rude. One can’t question a customer in a rude way to a question the customer asked, it’s a basic knowings of one who’s providing customer service.

Absolutely no greeting or conversation at all, I am not the kind of person to expect that extremely joyous customer service voice, I know how tiring it can be. But I was not greeted once, I entered and was waiting for 8 minutes, made eye contact multiple times with the two employees as I waited directly infront of the register ready to order and wasn’t told “I’ll be right with you” or “Just a second”or anything. The pizza was okay, but I have had better pizza from different Pizza Pizza locations.

Disgusting store . Ordered from door dash and they did not deliver every item. Called the store and spoke too the store manager. She was disrespectful and even used racial slurs. Never order from here.

Tried this place for the first time and was really impressed. The crust was perfectly baked, the toppings were fresh, and everything was served hot. Staff were welcoming and the place was clean. The store was busy but nayan was handling everything perfectly... definitely coming back!

I have eaten from many Pizza Pizza but this was by far the worst Pizza I have ever eaten. I think he didnt even bother to cut the veggies properly and by looking at the size of the crust it felt like whoever is the Chef he doesnt even know how to make a proper dough. Would surely never visit this place

Me and my friends went over there and asked for large combo offer for large+3 drinks. I only wanted to add a extra topping and then the guy told me that this will not work. I have been taking pizzas from pizza pizza from last two years and none of the location have responded like this. And after ordered online we were waiting inside, it was 15 min so my friend just went to ask that how much will it take, the lady told rudely that it is in oven. Staff should have some humble behavior.

front staff wasn’t even bothered to take order and was rude, poor customer service and above pizza was average. i usually prefer pizza pizza for pizzas but this was a bad experience.
Ordered two pizzas on the app with a friend. A minute after entering staff asked what we were doing there (not as a greeting, there was nothing friendly in their question). The amount of Italian sausage on the pizzas (pictured) was maybe a third of what you'd expect from any other pizza pizza. For bonus points we didn't get our dips and they didn't have the drinks we ordered online. Granted, that last one may not have been their fault. I'd recommend going to the pizza hut that's across the street instead.

No cleanliness in the restaurant! There were flies flying over the already made pizza slices. Another customer came and asked about those flies over slices, for which the employees had no answer. It's not there fault too, the owner is accountable to ensure the place is neat and clean without any potential food hazards!!
