unprofessional staff I've never seen.. in my order she left out the fries and souce , i told her buy she didn't understand Nothing. After she started to make it and i was wairing 15 minutes but he was rude, 0 skills and can't even speak English if the manager reads it he will destroy your business !!!

Ordered as it was in the way your destination. Haven’t had pizza pizza in a few years as I didn’t have good memories of it. Was ready when we arrived after online order. Location is convenient for pick up in downtown Toronto. Pizza was very under whelming. Won’t be returning to pizza pizza again.

I for one am a huge fan of pizza pizza. I like this location’s layout. Upstairs is closed, but it’s still a vibe. The female staff member taking my order last night was sweet. If you’re craving a slice and that garlic dip and need a peaceful spot to eat, this location will serve you well.

Quality was so worst. The guy taking order was too rude and was not wearing gloves while making. I won’t recommend anyone to go their.
Poor service and really unhygienic. Lazy and Slow employees. The employees accept the Orders online and then sit in the room listening to music. When the customers arrive after 20 min, they start making their order without cleaning their hands. Two old men working too slow like snails, an inexperienced girl at front who dont know how to deal with customers.

WORST pizza pizza in Toronto!!!
The lady who served us on Saturday, September 14th at around 2am was super RUDE. When she was giving me my order (snack box), I asked very nicely if the dipping sauce was not extra charge cuz my friend got a dipping sauce when she ordered the same thing and she said "yes, which one you want?" And before I even get to think she immediately said "okay FAST, I have 9 customers to serve!" 😠 I kept quiet and left but that wasn't a good way to treat your customers.
I get that you're busy, woman!! But if you did your job and informed me that the dip was included the first time I ordered, then you wouldn't have caused yourself a delay. That was an unnecessary reaction and shows how inconsiderate and unprofessional you are. I suggest you find a job that suit your behavior better, because customer service isn't for you.

This pizza pizza is the equivalent of the McDonald’s on Queen and Spadina. It’s never clean and always chaotic. I ordered a pizza and it was burnt and the dough tasted stale and flat. I’m pretty sure the dough is not being handled and stored properly. Please get it together.

I forgot to place an order for a dip with my pizza, and when I asked him to add it, he said, "Can't you see the store is busy, and how can you forget to place the order first. Also, their was an old guy who was cooking without gloves, like so unhygienic
