Such a disappointing experience with Pizza Pizza. We ordered an XL pizza online from this store, and when it arrived, it was a complete mess—the toppings were completely ruined.
We called customer service and were told that a replacement would be provided, which we agreed to. However, after waiting for over an hour, no replacement arrived. When we called again, we were informed that a supervisor had canceled the replacement.
It’s extremely frustrating that the service of such a big brand depends on the decision or mood of a supervisor who clearly doesn’t understand customer service. As someone who has worked in the same field, it’s shameful to see customers treated this way after paying $32.

The pizza showed up completely smashed, toppings everywhere, cheese stuck to the box. The service was just as bad—I asked for a replacement and they replaced but the pizza never came and after calling again they refused to replace.No apology, no solution, no care at all. Waste of money. Never ordering again.

The store initially agreed to replace it, then after making us wait nearly 1.5 hours, the supervisor refused with no explanation or apology. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time. I won’t be returning and do not recommend this location.
Great place to eat! The pizza was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. The staff made sure everything was perfect, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. Highly recommend.
