This location is confusing. Big store, big enough to accommodate a grocery store/bodega. I was at this location at 1am and there was a person in the store clearly on drugs, a homeless person. Of course it’s humane to allow a fellow human being warmth, however it’s slightly different when you’re a customer thats practically forced to sit and wait for their food for at least 10 minutes.
I was uncomfortable but not worried or stressed about it. Not a clean location, not a modern location. It was a significantly below average experience.

This Pizza Pizza location is unlike any other . I never thought I would leave a 5 star review but it’s warranted . The quality is better , the customer service ,the cleanliness all top notch . I normally order from the gourmet places but I was passing by this location and was in a hurry and they had good specials so I took the chance. So glad I did . I will return the next time I have a pizza craving .

garbage service. Didn’t have any non-pepperoni pre made pizzas available. I asked how come the guy rudely shut me down saying they’ll make it in non rush hour (there were barely any customers at the time). This place has gone downhill.

I have been to different pizza places and they always have bottle a bbq or hot sauce on the side for you to use. At this location I asked for bbq sauce on top of my slice they charged me 1 15. They are so cheap penny pinchers
