The Pizza Pizza at Gerrard and Greenwood is a convenient spot that I’ve visited several times. The food is consistent with the usual Pizza Pizza standard, but the atmosphere could use a refresh. Condiments are now kept behind the counter, so you have to ask for them each time—previously they were available upfront, which was more convenient. The washrooms could also be better maintained.

We arrived at around 8 p.m. today, and lady who was at the front register was truly remarkable. Excellent, prompt, and overall good stuff! I haven't had a satisfying fast food meal in a long time, thanks!!

This location is confusing. Big store, big enough to accommodate a grocery store/bodega. I was at this location at 1am and there was a person in the store clearly on drugs, a homeless person. Of course it’s humane to allow a fellow human being warmth, however it’s slightly different when you’re a customer thats practically forced to sit and wait for their food for at least 10 minutes.
