A few days back I placed an order for delivery at this location. I heard a knock at the door and when I opened it my pizza was on the ground in front of my door and delivery driver was walking away. When the regular survey came to my email I rated the experience exactly how it should be rated poorly. I received a call where a rep. apologized and credited me back the amount spent. Today I decide to place an order for a panzerotti and it arrived literally looking like 2 long flat pancakes with a few toppings in between š¤¦š¾āāļø.

The best pizza Iāve ever had was a perfect blend of crispy crust, rich tomato sauce, and the freshest toppings. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, with gooey cheese and just the right char on the edges. It was more than just pizza ā it was pure culinary bliss!

It's pizza pizza but in Church Street. have to say they deal with a lot of...special costumers (im talking about the people around the 519 park) , but they treat them humanely and try to keep the peace and have diffuse situations masterfully. id say 10/10 service. its pizza pizza so expect a normal pizza pizza experience

I dont know why they consistently under perform the standard of the franchise at this location. Also, their delivery drivers are anything but professional. One made weird sexual comments, another tried to make me speak to his manager on his personal phone to ensure he received his tip.. both had very filth delivery bags.

There is an old man driver who was mopping the floor, I have been a regular at this pizza pizza for at least 10 years.
He keeps staring at me, I wave at him, he waves back. He says "Come here" I walk up to him and he says "GET OUT"
I told him I'm a regular here and waiting for a friend to get pizza together. He yells "I DON'T CARE GET THE HELL OUT"
Pizza Pizza, teach your senior citizens how to talk to customers with good service, and to maybe ask questions before starting to yell at customers, or just don't yell at customers at all who are regulars and not bothering anyone.
I ended up buying something to keep him from bothering me. But I hope something is done about this old man's behavior before it hurts the business more.

Worst delivery service ever my driver jimmy was super late to my order and decided to cause a scene when told the pizza is free he yelled at me and made a scene in my lobby and embarrassing me infront of my neighbours, he had no respect even after calling pizza pizza again and showing him the order he said that could be your friend why would I trust him thereās no record of the pizza being free when it legit says after 60 minutes the pizza is free I called twice and the whole Phone call of him being crazy is recorded of course jimmy has no respect and no recognition of this which makes no sense jimmy is a horrible human being has no respect for people, ended up getting the pizza 2 hours late with no seal it was cold of course, the driver acted all confused like he didnāt know what was happening that driver is despicable for real the pizza looked so off to me!!!

This location (rationally) caters heavily to the Gay Entertainment district. The food quality is exactly what is expected of Pizza Pizza: standardized, slightly-bland but reliable. Just beware that the area also has quite a bit of homeless persons, who tend to get quite aggressive in the early morning hours (2am+).

I usually buy a standard XL pizza from this branch. However, like some other reviewers are complaining , I was also informed about a large pizza deal for $15.99 by the person taking my order. I wasnāt given a breakdown and ended up paying $18.69 instead. When I checked the receipt, I felt cheated and asked the cashier to adjust it to match my usual order (I also offered to pay difference). They refused and said the order couldn't be changed (it wasnāt even 30 seconds after I placed the order). This experience was unfair and disrespectful, leaving me feeling cheated.
