One of the worst Pizza Pizza locations Iâve ever been to. The food quality is already below averageâsoggy crust, stale toppings, and overall not worth the money. On top of that, the staff spend more time yapping loudly to each other in their own language than actually serving customers. When you try to get their attention, they act arrogant and dismissive, as if doing you a favor by even acknowledging your order. Zero professionalism, zero respect for customers, and a total waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs

I went to this particular pizza pizza at least 5 times because I go to the area often. And out of these times I've been there, they never had pepperoni slices. I asked once when will they make another pepperoni pizza and they said not today (that was 9pm so its not closing time). The service is the worst by far out of every pizza pizza I've been to. Either have an attitude or once when there were 3 staff and zero customers (except me) ; one was talking on the phone, the other was stretching a pizza, and the third was in the back on his phone. The front staff hand gestured me to wait and left the store talking on the phone.

Guy there asked me for cash and that they dont accept card payments which was a surprise to me, I felt bad why I did not go to my fav loc for pizza. Guys this location is a complete letdown to order pizza.

Terrible customer service. Wouldnât recommend going here. As I walked in, one guyâpresumably an employeeâjust stared at me like I didnât belong. I tried to brush it off and place my order, but then he looked at another guy in the back and they shared a laughâŠin complete silence. It felt like I was the punchline. I turned around and walked out. Save your energy and just order online but definitely not from this location.

THE TWO GUYS WORKING AROUND 11 pm WEDNESDAY NIGHT WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. I am used to going to other pizza pizzas and every time I order a medium one topping pizza itâs 8.99. As per pizza pizzas pick up deal. I donât have to mention anything of a âwalk in specialâ I am automatically usually charged for a walk in special when I order a medium pepperoni . This time the cashier instead of charging me the 8.99, charged me for the pizza plus the topping which came out to 12.49. I then realized after looking online that they had overcharged me for the pizza and told them they should have given me the walk in price for the pizza. I asked if I could have the difference in money back (about 2.50) the rude cashier told me I had to say âwalk-in special. I literally pulled out my pizza pizza app and showed him how when you order a one topping pizza it automatically shows 8.99. And how at every other pizza pizza I go to they just put in the walk in deal. He refused to acknowledge the mistake he made, and refused to pay back the money he made me overpay. I literally had proof that he had overcharged me, and all he could do was act like it wasnât wrong. Rude, disrespectful and I wonât ever be going back to this pizza pizza again. I also had to ask the man to remake the pizza because the edges were burnt. Instead of obliging and doing it right away he gave me attitude and told me âdats how it isâ I told him it was too burnt . And he grumbled and got angry instead of making it again. He then made me a new pizza and it was PRETTY lacking in sauce. DO NOT EAT HERE. The people working are entitled and will OVERCHARGE YOU
