Absolutely ridiculous experience at this location about 5 mins ago. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I tried to pay in cash and was given attitude because the bill had a small tear but was still was completely intact. It seems like they were pushing for me to use my card because there's a TIP prompt on the debit machine.

I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Pizza on October 11 around 8:05 PM. I ordered a Smokey BBQ Chicken Stromboli, but they gave me a pepperoni panzerotti instead. It contained bacon/pork, and I don’t eat pork because I’m Hindu. After eating it, I felt sick and later vomited.
When I told the staff, the front guy was rude, didn’t say sorry at first, and he got angry on me , when I asked again. He was also on the phone and not paying attention to customers. They replaced my order with a veggie panzerotti, but by then, the experience had already ruined my night.
Very disappointed with both the service and food quality. Please train your staff better and make sure orders are taken seriously, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions.

One of the worst Pizza Pizza locations I’ve ever been to. The food quality is already below average—soggy crust, stale toppings, and overall not worth the money. On top of that, the staff spend more time yapping loudly to each other in their own language than actually serving customers. When you try to get their attention, they act arrogant and dismissive, as if doing you a favor by even acknowledging your order. Zero professionalism, zero respect for customers, and a total waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs

I went to this particular pizza pizza at least 5 times because I go to the area often. And out of these times I've been there, they never had pepperoni slices. I asked once when will they make another pepperoni pizza and they said not today (that was 9pm so its not closing time). The service is the worst by far out of every pizza pizza I've been to. Either have an attitude or once when there were 3 staff and zero customers (except me) ; one was talking on the phone, the other was stretching a pizza, and the third was in the back on his phone. The front staff hand gestured me to wait and left the store talking on the phone.

Guy there asked me for cash and that they dont accept card payments which was a surprise to me, I felt bad why I did not go to my fav loc for pizza.
