I was really disappointed with my visit. The pizza was bland, the crust was chewy, and it tasted like it had been sitting out for a while instead of being freshly made. The toppings were uneven and didn’t have much flavor at all.
On top of that, the staff members weren’t welcoming. It definitely didn’t feel like they cared about providing good service.

I was really disappointed with my recent order from Pizza Pizza. The pizza arrived late and was barely warm. The crust was soggy, and the toppings were sparse and unevenly spread. The cheese tasted rubbery, and overall, it felt like something that had been sitting around for a while. On top of that, the customer service wasn’t helpful when I called to complain—they just offered a generic apology without fixing the issue. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

Really bad customer service, the guy(cashier)has too much attitude and we did a drizzle on a pizza and he only added few drops of it instead of drizzle this guy doesn’t know what a drizzle is, said we use things differently here - date 30/08/2025 time-8:29

Um I didn’t know this store was using the pizza pizza lids on different sauces. I ordered a creamy garlic sauce and got ranch in a creamy garlic sauce cover. Will not go back.

Ordered at 1 a.m. to our hotel room and it arrived very quickly. We had the 3 topping large with 3 drinks special. Also got an order of chicken tenders. Very reasonably priced and was just what we needed!
