I waited over 40 minutes for my order at this Pizza Pizza location, and the staff was completely unhelpful and uninterested. No updates, no apology — just poor service all around. Definitely not coming back to this store again. They really need to work on their customer service and speed. The one who is making pizza intentionally not giving the order and making me wait even order because I asked him what talking long.

Came here last year and the pizza was very fresh and amazing. Only reason why I took a star off was because midway eating we found a live fly in the chilli seasoning which was a bit off-putting.

I wish I could give zero stars. The wait time here is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a simple pizza and ended up waiting over an hour — and that’s after being told it would take 20 minutes. No apology, no update, nothing. The staff just kept saying, “It’ll be ready soon,” while clearly doing nothing to speed things up.
By the time my food finally arrived, I’d completely lost my appetite. It wasn’t even hot anymore! If this is how they treat customers, I can’t imagine how they stay in business.
If you enjoy wasting your time and leaving frustrated, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually respects your time.

Online orders aren't filled ahead of time (they start making your order when you arrive to pick up), crust is always burnt and workers are very rude (they pretend not to see you and make you wait at the counter while they chat amongst themselves). Go to the Pizzaiolo across the street instead.
