Hands down, the BEST Pizza Pizza I’ve ever had for a very long time! Always a hit and a miss with Pizza Pizza but literally got my pizza in 6 minutes from walking in, the crust was amazingly thin and the price was so good!! Customer service was great as well :) I got the cheese pizza

I visited this Pizza Pizza location at 9:40 PM, just 20 minutes before closing. As soon as I walked up to the counter and started looking at the menu, the employee (an Indian guy with black spectacles) rudely told me to “order fast, we are closing.” It had barely been five seconds! When I asked for a few more seconds to decide, he walked away from the counter and refused to take my order, even telling me to never come back.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. A business should treat customers with respect, regardless of how close it is to closing time. If they don’t want customers after a certain time, they should adjust their hours instead of being rude. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who expects decent service.

The rudest man behind the counter! I came in with a coupon in the app for a free slice that I won at a hockey game. He wouldn't even look at it and told me it wasn't valid. He called customer service and they also told me it wasn't valid, even though I had it on my phone. No one would look at it and the rude man walked away from me while I was talking. I went to another Pizza Pizza location and they immediately helped me, no questions asked, no confusion.
I don't know what that rude man's problem was! Terrible customer service. Shame on Pizza Pizza for their customer service line as well.

I got the new Tabasco pizza and it was really good I wish it was a but more apicier. The staff was really nice and the atmosphere was calm too.

I am highly impressed with their pizza. It's almost like it's Gourmet Pizza!!!! I can tell that the owner of the business loves what he does and has very high customer association skills!
Pizza they make isn’t good at all and you can barely call it a pizza. “Dry crust with a toppings on it” is going to be a better name for the product they cook and sell. The personal who works there isn’t friendly at all. Atmosphere of the place is disgusting. The lights they have there make you feel that you’re not being in a fast food restaurant, but being in a bombshell. Personally I think bombshell would have more light in it.

Told the owner the accessibility door is not working and he told me sometime it works sometime it doesn't. You need to put up the proper signs up regarding you legal obligation under the AODA Accessibility for Ontarins with Disabilities Act law. It could now cost this franchise owner a $50,000 per day fine for non-compliance regarding AODA.
