Under cooked veggie pizza. Hardly had cheese or veggie on the veggie pizza. We literally had 10 olives in an XL pizza. This is the second time we had such a bad experience. They didn't deserve our second chance.

NERVER EAT HERE. The person making the pizza was aggressive and belligerent. I ended up waiting 50 minutes for the pizza and it came out burnt. On top of that it was missing 3 toppings and when I asked the old guy with glasses he cursed at me and told me to sit down. He then proceeded to throw on raw toppings (including raw meat) and gave it back to me. When i told him the toppings were raw he denied it and told me to leave. Never eat here.

The person who delivered my pizza was very unprofessional and very aggressive regarding my questions being asked. This is the very first time I am asking about the policy that is explicitly said receive within 50 mins or it is free. He was more than 50 mins and it was a location located approximately 15 mins away.
I asked him “You were more than 50 mins, so what do we do in this situation?”. He said within an hr I can arrive but it says in the email and prior to ordering it should be free? I am just asking as a genuine question because I have never encountered this experience
In addition, I was NOT even demanding a refund I just was asking about the situation and he said because its a game I should expect a delay. However, I am not aware of the game or any additional reasons of a delay that was mentioned on the website. He also explicitly said “I give free food away always to the homeless people, like its for homeless people the food that is free”
He is saying such disrespectful words and I have already pre-paid for my meal online. He was responding back with defence as if I am demanding for a refund which I was not. To conclude this was a genuine question and concern because for the first time I had this experience of a pizza delivery past 50 mins and so as a customer following a policy posted by your company I didn’t think it would be hurtful to ask.
Your employee to carry such defensive manner against a customer for asking about your own policy then what is the point of having it? To add he had no apology for the situation and brushed me off like how could I even ask.

When I picked up my order he asked me “how would you like to pay” like are you for real? I ordered and paid online. Also when a white guy talked to him now he suddenly became polite, racist!!
