Worst experience ever. Ordered a pizza that was supposed to be a large cheese pizza. Received and pizza that looked like it was 2 days old. Also had chunks of the pizza picked out as it they took the pepperoni pieces that were originally on the pizza off to make it a cheese pizza.
When speaking to the manager, he was very dismissive and did not take any accountability for the lack of care that went into making the pizza. He had an annoyed tone and repeatedly told me it’s not his fault, it’s a door dashers fault and to just call DoorDash to fix it. However it is. It the door dasher that made the pizza it is his employees. Very disappointing service, I will never order from here again and never recommend it to anyone. Order somewhere else, save yourself the time and money.

How can you work at a pizza chain and not know how to make pizza??These people really served me what looks to be RAW BACON absolutely disgusting had to throw the whole thing away.

Don’t heat the slices enough it’s still cold and nasty 3rd time it’s happened so I’ll be going to the other pizza store across the street

There was a girl working there such a nice girl very patient with me and follow thru my order very thoroughly. I’m very grateful for this experience. The manager had some attitude issue and wasn’t very welcoming to customer. No smile no greeting but kudos to the girl for great experience.

They accidentally delivered the wrong drink and the driver went back to get the correct drink, which was very good customer service and very kind!
The pizza is made good here. My one complaint is they always mess up the funnel cake sticks…I’ve ordered them multiple times and unfortunately only ONCE have they been made properly. The problem with them is that they are always overcooked, very hard and crunchy…not enjoyable to eat at all, which sucks because they have potential to be amazing, so every time I order them with high hopes I get let down :( Please just make them properly so I can be happy again, please it’s not that difficult..
