Always a great experience at this Pizza Pizza location. The staff are super friendly and fast, and they really seem to care about getting your order right. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and exactly how I like it. Crust is perfect, toppings are generous, and everything tastes great every time. Easily one of the best spots for a quick and reliable pizza fix. Thank you for the pizza !!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your location around 1:00 AM on June 26, 2025. I came in to purchase a slice of pepperoni pizza and a can of Coke.
When I arrived, the staff member on duty was changing the garbage while wearing blue gloves. Once she was ready to serve me, she removed her gloves behind the wall near the refrigerators and came directly to the cash register without washing her hands.
I politely asked if she could wash her hands before handling my food. Her response was dismissive — “I was wearing gloves.” I reiterated my request respectfully, and she walked to the back, presumably to comply. However, she returned almost immediately — far too quickly to have properly washed her hands — wearing the same blue gloves and holding a piece of dry paper towel. The towel was not damp, which further suggested she had not washed her hands at all. Reusing gloves after taking out the garbage and pretending to wash hands is completely unacceptable and unhygienic.
At the end of the transaction, I asked for my receipt so I could document the incident. However, she handed me the wrong receipt, from a different order at a different time, which felt either careless or deliberate.
I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe it reflects poorly on the standards of cleanliness and customer service expected from a brand like Pizza Pizza. I will also be reporting this incident to the corporate office directly.
I hope management takes this seriously and provides additional training or reinforcement of hygiene protocols to prevent incidents like this in the future.

I ordered and paid for a stuffed crust pizza, honey garlic tossed wings, 4 dips, and a beverage from here. did not recieve any dips or the beverage. The wings were not tossed in any sauce. the pizza was not stuffed crust. i re-ordered the dips, the beverage, and as an extra, a cheesy bread because i was set on the stuffed crust so I thought this was fine as an alternative. I recieved a panzerotti instead. I do not know what they are doing at this location, but its clearly impeding them from giving customers what they pay (extra!) for. Super disappointed, will not be trying my luck here again.

I’m a vegetarian and ordered a medium pizza with two toppings; red onion and spinach, i found a piece of pepperoni in two of the slices in pizza. How careless of the person who made the pizza.

I ordered pizza which is 1 XL Pizza ( 4 toppings ) on Dec 16th, 2023 from this branch. It was a friendly-service. Sarida was one who explained promotions to me in a detailed way. Everything was fine but I could get 3 different toppings on left half and right half instead of 4 different toppings for each side. Also, promotion included 4 toppings for this pizza. She said system did not allow to select 4 different toppings for each half side in this pizza order. That was only issue I had yesterday.

I get that this isn't known for it's quality but this location lacks in the food standards set by other locations. As someone who comes in here from time to time for convenience, I find that most of the pizza here is too doughy or lacks in enough cheese (feels like I'm just biting in dough+tomato sauce).The location is nice however, very spacious and during the warmer days people frequent eating in the outdoor seating. Staff are also friendly.

disgusting customer service and disappointing food. said that the wait time for one item was only gonna take 20 minutes. it took them almost an hour. everyone behind us on the line up got their orders first, and when we got ours, it was the wrong order. had to wait more for the right order. we got it, and it was dry and barely had any cheese on it. very poorly made, especially considering how long we had to wait. do better next time
