I ordered pizza which is 1 XL Pizza ( 4 toppings ) on Dec 16th, 2023 from this branch. It was a friendly-service. Sarida was one who explained promotions to me in a detailed way. Everything was fine but I could get 3 different toppings on left half and right half instead of 4 different toppings for each side. Also, promotion included 4 toppings for this pizza. She said system did not allow to select 4 different toppings for each half side in this pizza order. That was only issue I had yesterday.

I get that this isn't known for it's quality but this location lacks in the food standards set by other locations. As someone who comes in here from time to time for convenience, I find that most of the pizza here is too doughy or lacks in enough cheese (feels like I'm just biting in dough+tomato sauce).The location is nice however, very spacious and during the warmer days people frequent eating in the outdoor seating. Staff are also friendly.

disgusting customer service and disappointing food. said that the wait time for one item was only gonna take 20 minutes. it took them almost an hour. everyone behind us on the line up got their orders first, and when we got ours, it was the wrong order. had to wait more for the right order. we got it, and it was dry and barely had any cheese on it. very poorly made, especially considering how long we had to wait. do better next time
Ordered a panzerotti and it was barely full of toppings. I could count the no of pepperoni on my fingers. It was abysmal tasting. The tomato sauce was bland and plain. No flavors. It was hot and crust tasted great but everything inside was a hot mess. Ate a lot of pizza pizza but this one was the worst experience i think.

Worst pizza place out there. Not only have they lost my business, but I will never recommend them. I got food poisoning twice from their chili. Since I tried the app, they had taken all my dough credits away from me. Never got the chance to use them as loyal customer. Lastly, in their location, they rarely check out the bathrooms. There is no toilet paper and a lack of soap. I told them that if they don't smarten up, a health inspector will show up one day. They do not care about giving credit where credit is due when it comes to loyalty. Maybe the people that say it's the worst pizza is befallen on them.
