I recently ordered a pizza with extra cheese from this Pizza Pizza location, and it was not prepared correctly. The toppings were placed directly on the sauce with the cheese only on top. The pizza was messy, the toppings slid off, and parts of the dough were undercooked. Customer service offered a small credit for a future order, but it doesn’t fully address the issue. I hope the staff can ensure pizzas are made properly so customers receive the quality they pay for.

I ordered a pizza for delivery from Pizza Pizza and clearly told the customer service that I would pay by credit card. However, when the delivery driver named Jatindra arrived, he said his machine was not working and then asked me to give him my card number over the phone. I refused because that is not safe. He then started arguing with me and demanded cash, even though the issue was with their payment machine, not me.
I offered what cash I had ($10), but the order was $23, and he kept insisting. This situation made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected at my own home. I expected better professionalism and communication from Pizza Pizza. If the payment machine wasn’t working, the store should have informed me before delivery.
Very disappointed with the service.
