Disgusting restaurant with worst customer services. The first photo is what we ordered, and the second photo is what we received. And we had to go back to ask the cremy garlic sauce by our self, because they forgot to give the cream. And I still didn't see the cheese.

I came here at midnight, I thought this is the best place to eat here in midnight, I went to the store the cashiers and the people who were working there was really rude and mad for no reason. This is my last time coming to this pizza pizza store. I hade experience with other pizza pizza they were great and kind people, I don’t know why were these people so rude for no reason. I hade my own drink Coca Cola I didn’t had to buy it from this store I bought somewhere else and I don’t need to buy it here again when I brought my drink they shouted at so angrily, that I grapes my pizza and went home.

I ordered pizza from Pizza Pizza, and this was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. The delivery driver was incredibly rude, which already set a negative tone. On top of that, they completely disregarded their “40-minute delivery or free” promise. The pizza arrived well past the 40-minute window, but the driver refused to honor their guarantee, brushing it off with an attitude.
This is unacceptable customer service. If a company advertises a policy, they should stick to it. I expected better from a well-known brand like Pizza Pizza. Extremely disappointed and will think twice before ordering again.

I’ve never ordered pizza from here over the phone or online. I’ve only ever done the walk in special pickup so this review isn’t for everyone. Usually when I go in during the non-peak hours (during the day and not on a Friday night) their cashier is pleasant and welcoming. All the slices are available and your pizza is made fast and fresh - with the usual 15 minute wait for it to cook.
Parking: Parking in a plaza with woodland but no immediate parking right out front.
