I ordered delivery from this location and chose contactless as the delivery option. The driver (hasan) showed up and continuously knocked on my door, bothered my neighbours and TRIED TO OPEN MY DOOR. He had called me and I told him I’m sick and to leave it at the door to which he ignored. I then called him back after he tried to open my door for a THIRD time. This is utterly disgusting behaviour. I called customer service to report it and they had the AUDACITY to blame ME for HIM trying to open MY door. They told me they don’t offer contactless so I asked why it’s offered on the app and they said they were working on getting it removed. Regardless of any of that it is ridiculous for a STRANGER to be trying to open my door ESPECIALLY after being verbally told to over the phone TWICE to leave it at the door because I’m sick!

The worst place. Washroom doesn’t work for a week and when u try place an order they will never tell u they are out service. If u insist to use it the first thing they do is to pick up a phone and intimidate u.
