Pizza arrived in 40 minutes, driver asked for the amount, I gave him that plus a tip, he looked at me and just walked away. Very rude and if it’s him next time he won’t be getting anything! Pizza was lukewarm and missing an item I had to pay extra for. Wings were also lukewarm and had wedges in the box (these were not ordered) tried to call and it just rang and rang. Think I will try pizziola next time!

Received a cold burnt pizza and missing a pop. They even cut the crust off a few slices to try to hide their mistake. The remaining crust was ROCK SOLID inedible I can’t believe they sent it out to me. I called and they requested the entire pizza back. Waited 45 minutes for 1 replacement pizza with less toppings on it.

The old man making pizza was super rude. Let me quote a few sentences he said to me when I requested another pizza because he burnt a large pizza: - Shush sush - go back to where you came from
He was putting words in my mouth, that I asked him to make the pizza that way. I did request the lady at the counter to explain me if adding chicken is extra, he mocked me like it is my job to know Pizza Pizza menu.
We work super hard to succeed in a new country. The last thing we should face is racism!
Especially from an old man, who’s half the brain is in grave already!!

It seems whenever I go here and ask for a type of sauce on my wings they always seem to get confused and give me my wings with no sauce?! Or put the sauce I get on my pizza somehow?!? I’m not to sure where the miscommunication comes from but please try butter and get people who actually understand what I’m ordering

Service is terrible. The lady is rude. The pizza maker all he does is yell at everything. I refuse to spend my money there and I walked out. This has been my 3rd time trying to get a quick slice. The rudeness that I get there. This was at 11:30 am.

Service has gotten horrible. I ordered double mushrooms and didn’t get it. Waited double the time to get a pizza and I wouldn’t buy slices!!! New front counter lady arrived through front door, went behind counter to put purse down and was putting new slices on counter without washing her hands or wearing gloves!!!!!!! So disgusting Never going back

For the first time in my life I got pizza that was totally cold. Not sure how they even managed to achieve that (just put toppings on a precooked long time ago cold dough?). And now I start feeling symptoms of food poisoning... The personnel that did that were an old lady and an old man. Not sure who hired them and why. If I see them again I will never buy anything from this place again ever.

Pretty bad pizza pizza. We ordered a Gluten Free pizza and they delivered a regular with wheat which is a problem with allergy. Older lady behind the counter constantly messes up regularly enough i have to check my bill bc she over bills and clicks what she knows. Also forgets what you ordered. Have had enough issues that i wont be back. Cant walkout for under 4.75 plus tax for cheapest item. Two pizza places down the street and burger joint across. With options, why would you come here. Not cheaper, poor service, forgetful and lying cashier. Skippp
