Theft. Do not order from them. If you request extra of any item, they charge you more but actually go light. After it is delivered and you paid, you call them to let them know that they made it wrong, their manager Ali, asks you to go visit their store and he will give you a slice or two for free instead of the party size pizza you ordered and paid about $50 for. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend them at all.

Getting PizzaIolo tonight 🙂 so far place is empty and very clean- like it! I’m not fun of pizza 🍕 but if I get one it should be something very different and delicious 😋 This place have big options of pizza for meat🥩🍗🍖 lovers and vegetarian 🥑 🥬🫛🫑🌽 also Dippings available. lol beer 🍺 as well

They half heated my slice and then kicked me out 13min before closing saying they were now 'closed' At least heat my slice if you want to cut out early...

Very bad owner and Manager experience. Simply wanted to try and get my pizza slice replaced since it was so dry and stale and the owner aggressively yelled and so scary even like physically scaring right behind the counter and totally never expected such a horrible and bad experience both food and definitely customer service. He was yelling huge big mean bully!!!

I've been to this restaurant twice, and the service has always been very poor. One of the male staff members is rude and impolite, especially towards Uber drivers, showing them no respect at all. When he saw that I was Asian, he sarcastically said, "Welcome to Canada," which made me question whether it was racial discrimination. After reading many other reviews, I found that others shared the same opinion. I hope the restaurant management takes this seriously. If this person is an employee, please address the issue promptly. If he is the owner, I would advise others not to support a place with such behavior.
