The delivery service is slow, almost 1.5 hrs to receive our pizza and it was luke warm at best.....suggest picking your pizza up.

Okayest pizza, terrible customer service and management. Short version, PRE ordered pizzas for a kids party well in advance (3-4 hours), showed up over an hour late and then when asked about it, the manager and his employees were flat out rude and refused to acknowledge the error. Will never go back on principle. Enjoy!

I was a weekly patron. I had great success with the app and even spoke to a team member who called me when I put the wrong order in. I put in an order online on Halloween- I put the order in a couple of hours earlier to ensure delivery on time. The pizza arrived over an hour late. When I called to talk to the manager, the person who answered said I definitely should get a discount code for my next order. He took my number and said to call back the next day. I called back the next day and the person said the manager was not in and would not be giving me a future discount because Halloween is busy and I should have expected a late pizza. She also said there was no contact with the app (which is not true based on a prior experience) and then basically said I was in the wrong. She was extremely rude and argumentative. The person took all my information and said the manager might call be back. I have not received a call or an apology. I have not returned and have decided to give my business to another pizza place in the neighbourhood. A very disappointing experience.

Don’t really understand all the negative reviews. We had a great experience walking in and picking up a pizza slice. Place was nice and clean, staff was so friendly, beyond they even helped me out the door with my stroller. Pizza was good.

I enjoy the pizzas. crispy crust, and the toppings are generous. My problem is the lack of ability, oe will to clean the place. The front door is covered in handprints and has not been cleaned in a long long time. The tables are seldom cleaned when I go in, and I go in a couple of times a week. It makes me wonder what the cooking area is really like. They need to invest in some windex and paper towels. I hate touching the door entering or leaving. It just seems dirty, and they only have three tables so not a huge job. They have a tip jar. The day I see that the door and tables are cleaned, i will leave a tip.

One of the worst pizzas I have had. It felt stale, greasy and oily. I felt super heavy and uncomfortable and sleepy after the slice. They didn’t even serve oregano, chilli flakes with it. Just some hot sauce. Spare the nightmare and avoid it if you can!
