The pizza is good pizza. We always pick up from the Coxwell and Danforth location, as it is closer to us. For some strange reason, we are required to get delivery from the Broadview location. Every time, they screw up the delivery. Always late. Not just by 5 minutes. When we call to ask why the delivery is taking so long, we get a different excuse from the guy in the phone compared to the delivery guy. This location seems very unorganized. My advice, pick up from the Coxwell location.

Absoulute garbage pizza, The dough was like chewing bark. Crust is rock hard. Not sure how you screw up pizza that bad. Absoulute garbage customer service., they just said sorry we tried our best. No refunds. No offer to remake when returned to the store and showed them. They wanted to keep the pizza aswell to show the manager the next day. I was treated like I was trying to rip them off when they ripped me off $45. After many years of eating there I would never return. No Manager around either. I just dumped it on the floor I was so pissed off with the girl who could care less to make my point and left. F U Pizzailolo.

We did a large Pizzaiolo order for our three year old's birthday party at the Withrow Park Clubhouse. I was SO happy with our choice to go with Pizzaiolo.1. When I placed my order online ahead of time, I wasn't sure I had done the timing correctly, so I called the store and said I was about to place my order for X place and time, but if I mess it up, could they help me correct it.. they said of course, and then (5*), the same person called me back to let me know they had received the order and that it was for the time I wanted.2. Delivery to Withrow Park Clubhouse - on time, delivery person didn't even need to call me. I was unsure if the delivery team would have a hard time finding the Clubhouse, but they were so good. They came within the 15 min window specified, and brought the pizzas right into the party room, dodging children and decor.I was SO happy with the service. Thank you Pizzaiolo!
